I agree with Minerva, I continue to have very poor customer service in the printing area and the printing service desk.
I wanted 20 invitations to be printed and cut to size. After the assistant finally figured out how to do a double sided print, she told me that I should cut it myself to save money. I told her that I could do that in the office, but wanted a professional product and don't mind paying. She then told me that I would have to wait while she serves other customers first and she will squeeze it in between other jobs. I patiently waited and when I looked to find her to see how she was tracking, she was nowhere to be found. After waiting in line again, I was able to speak to another assistant who then told me that she is now on her break.
45 minutes have now past and I asked if I could just take and pay for what's been done, it was getting ridiculous!! When I looked and the "professionally" cut product, she went over the lines and cut off the first 2-3 letters of all the words on the left side of the invitations. I probably would have done a better job myself.
I spoke to the manager on duty and he didn't have much to offer other than saying that he will address this with the assistant.
I went to Kwik Copy and they delivered a much much better product in half the time! read more
