My theory is that the mustache assists in the repair procedure. Apparently, they also have a tricked out ambulance. I did not see the ambulance, but I was nonetheless impressed by the fact that someone would commit that heavily to the "iphone doctor" theme. That's dedication. These guys should stick to light bulbs and batteries. The phone repair service they offer sucks. They sent me to two stores and the first one claimed they didn't have the correct tool. And then Newman is a professional warranty expert for Samsung per his nonchalant smug voice. They wasted 2 weeks of my time knowing they were not going to repair my phone. Fortunately, I went to a different company and my phone was repaired with a different resolution and diagnosis by trained professionals and not fake technicians.
