My 78 year old father accompanied me while I was trying to print some important medical documents. It was my first time visiting this location, and I was having difficulty with the printing process. When I politely asked Javier for assistance several times, he was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. At one point, he even laughed in my face. My father witnessed the entire interaction. After we left the store, my father told me that he had experienced the same type of disrespectful treatment from Javier in the past, which is why he stopped coming to this location altogether. It was disheartening to hear that this behavior appears to be a pattern rather than an isolated incident. In contrast, Tashara was exceptional. She was patient, courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. She treated us with respect and provided the level of customer service every customer deserves. Employees like Tashara are an asset to this location. I sincerely hope management addresses Javier's behavior because no customer, especially elderly customers seeking assistance with important medical documents, should be made to feel belittled or mocked. Tashara deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

Upon entry, there was a lonnnnnnnng line & the 2 young ladies at the register didn't speak. They had no problem speaking to each other while popping gum and complaining about their work hours. Ummm, ok. Unprofessional. I was looking for something in particular, but they organize their clothing by color and not necessarily by type of clothing. That made it harder for me, so I ended up leaving pretty quickly. I've never had the energy or patience enough to look through piles of things to find what I need. So, thrifting has never been my thing. I may come back another time. My wedding coordinator suggested this business and assured me they would do a great job. She was right!!! I can't recall the name of the sweet gentleman who assisted us (the one with the beard) but, this man was such a tremendous blessing to my then fiancé and I. We had to make some adjustments to the cards and he assisted me to make sure the cards printed out perfect. We had a very tight schedule and had no time to return to pick up the placement cards m. We explained to him that we did not live in NC and had just arrived into Durham and asked if it were anyway possible to have the cards printed while we were there. This sweetheart of a man delayed his lunch to accommodate us. It seems simple, but for an overwhelmed bride and groom it meant the world to us. We absolutely enjoyed chatting with him and could not thank him enough for his kind gesture. Hopefully he will see this post and know just how grateful we STILL are!
