(The online pickup portal and confirmation email said pickup would be local and never mentioned it being sent somewhere else.) I talked to multiple employees over several days to correct this issue as I needed the flyers before going out of town for an expo. They were all very communicative and so kind and helpful! Corporate could not get the flyers sent to the local store in time so they shipped it to the location of the expo which was in a different state all together. Perfect example of stuff happens and how we handle it makes the difference. They were out of everything I needed and half the shelves shelves were bare. After 20 minutes wandering around the store no one had spoken to me or asked to assist me to find anything. I think there may have been one person working the entire place. The layout was quite different from the others stores so it wasn't easy to orient. A few days later I called back and they said they read me the delivery signature from two years ago. I said no thanks and headed outside to cough. My husband comes out a few minutes later after paying for our purchase and hands me a bottle of water they gave him for me from their own employee fridge. It even had the employees name on it.
