After researching blinds on-line and with several different local businesses, we opted to go with…read moreBudget Blinds. Their pricing was much better than three other bids we had received. The on-line pricing was less, but you are on your own if problems arise. The blinds arrived slightly earlier than the estimate, and installation was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, there was a problem with two blinds that was apparently due to a manufacturing issue. Not only were the two blinds replaced immediately and replaced at "no charge", the manufacturer up graded the two blinds at no additional charge to us. We thoroughly enjoy the blinds and expect them to perform well. We also would like to offer a special thank-you to Laura who worked with us during all phases of this purchase.
