They didn't publish that either. They want to keep the roofer happy as a dues-paying member. So, as long as he doesn't reply to my BBB-complaint, they won't publish my complaint. Funny how that works.

Biweekly, I rinse & recycle my plastic & paper waste & drive a couple miles away to recycle. I appreciate the fact that the bins accept glass & other bulk paper/plastic items; makes me all warm & fuzzy inside. 3 large properly labeled bins accommodate me & my recyclables. The bins are typically quite full whenever I go to deposit, way cool. Glad to see locals also join in the recycling revelry... WooooHoop #GoGreen

When I called recently about my estimate of benefits to begin soon..they said they mailed it. Never received it AGAIN. The USPS can be that negligent! However, I dealt with a Ms. Pascarella recently and she emailed the estimate to me. My benefits begin the last business day of May 2024. I hope this experience does not reflect on me receiving my entitled benefits. I don't know how this agency can get away with actually lying about mailing their members information. When you call to check on the status of your pension packet, you get conflicting info from different representatives. I expect more from this agency who are handling MY monies. Disappointing, to say the least.

The staff is patient, kind, & pass on their knowledge like quality educators. If the NM govt spent more effort on these community building learning events or increased parks & recreation events this place might find a common ground to feel shared community instead of the (social, political, economic) gaps that feed the local culture of what's yours is mine. Maybe other government divisions can take note of the positive impact they can impart with tax dollars.

However my experience today was wonderful. The service was quick and friendly. The postal worker greeted me as I walked in and was cheerful as he assisted all of us in line. I will definitely be back to this location.

This post office is the best one I've been to in New Mexico!…read more Service is super friendly and efficient, so basically you feel like you're anywhere but a post office! It's usually the same gentleman behind the counter, and he answers questions with patience and a smile. The building is very small so there may be a few services this location doesn't do but so far everything we've needed (including sending registered mail) has been a breeze, and they do have P.O. Boxes. The building is actually on 4th Street so its easy access and parking is along the North side, as well as in the lot behind. Note they're closed for lunch from 11:30-12.

Every highway and egress route is backed up and the think they are…read morehelping by blocking off lanes and switching to other highways such as route 66 but it does more harm than good. There are tons of semi trucks flooded in these roads that make it harder to travel on and that doesn't even account for the accidents. I am surprised that there are not people fighting each other on the side of the road. I hate living here, I hate driving here and I cannot wait until my job transfers me elsewhere. These people need to get it together as far as the roads are concerned. From what we can see there isn't even any construction going on. They just have the lanes blocked off with zero inclination as to why it is this way. Save yourself a headache and fly over this horrible state of you can!!

It doesn't plow properly, it closes roads left and right and it doesn't keep its road hotline up to date. I 40 was closed for 3 days. We were able to drive on it by simply getting on and driving past the cops. They waved us on through? WTF? There was nothing wrong with the road. Then they closed the road behind us and trapped people in 16 degree weather in their cars on new year's eve. If the road was not so bad why was it closed? Fog? Well, then make a detour. We came down 84 which was perfectly nice. Total incompetance. Ugh.
