This is out of service area for Burtronics so they could not continue our service. When we went to purchase a new service contract with a new company we found there were $2400 worth of repairs/maintenance needed on our machine that had not been done by Burtronics while under contract with them. Before a new company would enter into a contract these repairs needed to be done. It was explained to us that these repairs were inpart what we had been paying for for the previous three years through our monthly servicing contract and really should be done by Burtronics. We called Burtronics and they refused to assist us in anyway. Quite delighted no doubt that they had doged the bullet of servicing our copier by our move.
