I had been "reliably informed" that there was no shop in Lake Havasu that could build a custom computer, and ran across this shop while out on other errands, but lo and behold, not only did they manage to assemble a top-of-the-line system, they busted their butts making sure that it would do everything I wanted of it, and their tech support has been superlative. Perfect. I needed a quick Mac tuneup after I went and downloaded some virusware, that ended up blocking me from signing in to sites I like and preventing me from being able to use search engines I set as my pref. Anyway, John was quick and efficient. Using computer now and it's actually better then before thus far. Very busy shop, lots of patience explaining to "old" people....I was so worried I wouldn't find anyone who knew about a Mac the way the Mac store does....but happy to say I found Hav-A-Tech. He does seem to be more PC based then Apple though, as far as what kind of protection programs he sells etc. great with Android phones. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Just stopped in the Hav-A-Tech computers looking to get a computer restored from back up. I was hoping to make an appointment, didn't care how far out, to have the work done while I waited. What a disappointment it was finding out I could not make an appointment and even with notice, someone one walking in the door with a phone issue would receive service ahead of me. I find this even more absurd considering there was no one in the place. Possibly this should be one policy you might consider revising?! read more

HAV-A-TECH .... Apple iPhone repairs in a flash!! Service was great, fast, friendly and less money than other shops here and in Bullhead. My battery totally died and the tech on duty had it replaced and I was out the door in about 15 minutes (probably would have been 10 without my interruptions) and their price was $4 less than all the others I called. I've heard a lot of good talk about Hav-A-Tech, so I tried them out for myself. My iPhone 7 Plus battery took a dump. Hav a Tech put in a new battery on iPhone in a couple of hours on a Sat. Reasonably priced. The only con is when you call they never answer their phone, because they are so busy. Don't bother calling. Just go in to the store. read more

Awful customer service. I went in and told the girl at the condo that my phone would not take a charge. She said "if we don't call you back today by 5:00 give us a call and we can tell you what's going on. We don't have any batteries in stock for this, so if we have to order parts it will take a couple days." I called that day at 5:00 and again at 5:15. Both times there was no answer. The next day I called again and the girl at the counter said "the tech can't get it to turn on. It isn't taking a charge" I explained to her, that's kind of why we dropped it off. She said the tech hasn't done anything to it. The next day I went in and asked what was going on, the girl behind the counter said nothing was done. When I asked for a refund of the $25 diagnostic fee she said she had to call her boss. The owner of the company got on the phone and explained to me that they replaced the battery several times and couldn't get it to work. This conflicts with what the rest of his staff said. Moreover, he said he tried to call me but there in no log of a call from him. read more
