My computer crashed on Friday night and ventured out Saturday morning to have it repaired. Stopped by Hav-a-Tech since they showed they are open on Saturdays...but nope, closed. Went to Staples and they couldn't get me in until the following Friday. Looked on-line for other computer repair places, called a few...all closed. Came across Nerd Side Computers and Adrian!! Dropped my computer off, asked questions about an external hard drive, purchased one at Wal-Mart and returned to Nerd Side. Adrian repaired the computer placing what needed to be saved on the hard drive and I was back in business by 4PM. Highly recommend him!! Great price and service....especially on a Saturday!!! Read some of the other reviews and just some clarification from my experience. He only accepts cash...no biggy, just need to be prepared for that. He did offer to give me a receipt. read more

I accidentally ran over my phone last Sunday and shattered the screen. I called Nerdside and spoke with Adrian not knowing it was outside of normal business hours. Adrian offered to open up and met me an hour later to fix my phone. He was professional, fairly priced, and I especially appreciated the extra level of customer service he provided by coming in on his day off. My phone was fixed quickly and works great. I will be recommending Nerdside, Adrian specifically, to all my friends and family. read more

AVOID! SHADY SHEISTERS WHO REFUSE TO GIVE A RECEIPT! All you have to know about this shady little shop is that they don't want to give you a receipt and only take cash. Twice, I scheduled a pickup and both times the owner had left early - two wasted trips AFTER I CALLED! To top it off, the phone repair fell apart after just four days (when I had left the area - but I wasn't even using that old phone. The screen just fell off). They had the nerve to tell me to mail it to them so they could use the same process as last time that they couldn't guarantee. In other words, they knowingly do crappy work. Also, I was never offered a receipt and when I asked for one, he said no. No matter what likes Nerstore adds below, THEY DO NOT OFFER RECIPTS! Oh, and I was lectured for not having a phone cover on because they use weak glue! WTF??? AVOID!!! read more

Have went to Nerdside for all our iPhone repairs. My daughter has a bad habit of dropping her phone and completely cracking the screens to the point of the phone no longer working. All I can say is they do AMAZING work!!! Phone looks brand new again. Very knowledgeable, polite and fast! Every time we have needed them, always worked us in. Pricing is very affordable and recommend Nerdside to everyone we know. Will take our computers there as well! read more

It's Saturday and we've called and stopped by twice, closed?? Wow, glad I found Hav A Tech by Big Lots.

Adrian at nerd side computers is an amazing man he really helped me and I think the world of them I think they are the best

Got a screen replaced on an iPhone. At Nerdside he charged $150 with no warranty. The screen was aftermarket and came apart within a few months. The glue didn't hold or something. Went back to nerdside and he said we would have to pay another $150 for same repair. Instead we drove to Vegas Apple Store and they fixed it for $150 with a warranty and with Apple certified parts. Save your $ and get it done right the first time. We wish we had. read more

Adrian is nothing less than a genius. After Verizon said nothing could be done and there was no way to retrieve anything off of my phone and that I had lost everything, they sent me to Walgreens photo to see if anything was on my SD card. My heart was sick when only 3 items out of 1000,s on my phone showed up on the card. Luckily for me one of the cashiers told me about Nerd Side. Adrian fixed my phone for a great price and saved everthing on my phone. He even made sure to save everything to my SD card that it would hold. 5 star in my book. read more

I wish I could give no stars. My daughter brought in her Iphone for a broken screen. He doesn't have "consistent" hours (like posted). He had the phone for 4 days. She would call with no answer/full mailbox or go by to find them closed. When we were able to reach him, he kept saying he was working on it. Now my daughter was leaving the state so I needed the phone back and definitely got frustrated and he actually had the nerve to give me a lecture of being frustrated and acting appropriately as an adult. Now I will say, you could see my frustration (I raised my hands and guess "slapped" my leg) but I wasn't screaming or anything. Who the hell does this guy think he is! He said he would stay until it was done and drive it to my house. Well 8pish came around and he finally called and said he was on his way (I live 15 minutes away). Next call came at 10p saying he was in an accident and the girl would go to the office pick it up (confirmed the type of phone) and bring it. If he was really on his way, why was the phone still at the office?? If he was truly in an accident, I do feel bad but after everything else I just don't trust anything he says. All my daughter had time to do was setup the phone (oh yeah he had to reset it, really??!!), she lost everything. You could tell the screen wasn't installed correctly as there was a slight gap at the top. Her Touch ID didn't work and when phone calls came in she had to use the speaker because she couldn't hear through the earpiece. No receipt. Tried to blame any "issues" on the phone being dropped, not his incompetence (worked perfectly before he touched it) oh and I forgot to mention he broke the battery (not sure how) the first time he tried to fix it. Steer clear. Research all options. Wish we had gone to ATT to begin with (we ended putting in an insurance claim and cost us another $112 (on top of the $150 we already paid him), but had we just gone through them in the first place would have been cheaper, on time, and no aggravation. I haven't tried them but hear WhizKid is good! read more
