It's not a ginormous space, but does have a large, glassed-in conference room, individual offices, a communal table, kitchen area, and some cubicles. I only saw a handful of people over the two days we were here, so it is definitely not a loud space and everyone was very friendly. The price was reasonable for a day pass and I appreciated the use of the printer, scanner, and amenities like filtered water! Of course, they offer a variety of membership packages and rates which you can check out on the website. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if in need!

Our hostess Amy along with To The Moon Party Designs really decorated the space very festively. There was an adorable backdrop where we could take selfies which was so fun. There were vendors who were selling clothes & accessories many Mah Jongg themed. The snacks were provided by Teriyaki Madness. The pot stickers & egg rolls were delicious. If you have a problem, the maintenance crew will get to you quickly, usually with only a one day wait for non-emergencies. The staff is willing to help you through difficult times as long as you are open with them. The area is fairly quiet, and right on Beach Blvd, making it easy to get places. As for Covid-19, they are doing what they can to limit issues that rise due to the disease. There are clickers available to access the gate at a distance, for a price. These were offered even before the pandemic and may alleviate some concern for the entry.
