We have security and a good communication with the management. I would recommend this gated community especially if you have children, working from home or simply need peace. Most of the properties here are huge with at least 1 acre! On the contrary of other gated communities each home is different from an other which is very pleasant. Entrances are man gated 24h. In my opinion they are extremely unprofessional and provide horrible customer service. I came to pick up mail two times and one of the times the person was late which unnecessarily disrupted my day. I kept trying but repeatedly had the same problem so I gave up and disputed my credit card charges. Next thing you know, they re-billed me for the charges I disputed and then added late fees and administrative charge back fees on top. When I explained this situation to local management she was totally disrespectful and blamed me for everything. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. After posting the negative review, the company initially replied by asking for my account number - which I provided, at which point I was given a reference number and told that I would be contacted by corporate. Five days later, they still have not called. I tried calling in today and spent over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone, and when I finally talked to someone, we spent over an hour while she unsuccessfully attempted to reach management. How is it possible that that customer service cannot reach a manager or supervisor??? The customer service nightmare continues, even I have spent hours upon hours between waiting on hold and trying to resolve this absurdity. I almost never leave reviews but this debacle needs to be made known to everyone considering doing business with them. Avoid the nightmare I have been though and take your business elsewhere.

Last weekend, I was at Crown Center Executive Suites for a 3-day weekend training from 8 to 5…read moreFriday, Saturday, and Sunday. It's located in a complex with several buildings so it can be a little challenging to find. The easiest way to get there from Cypress Creek is turn onto 15th Street and make the first right into the complex. The building is immediately on your right. On Friday, there was friendly staff there to greet us and to show us to our training room. There was plenty of parking. And the space was clean with modern furnishings. The training room we were in was a little tight for the number of people in there but that's not Crown Centers fault but it was freezing in there and we had to keep adjusting the thermostat. The location is centrally located to plenty of restaurants so all was good until.....the third day on Sunday when we arrive at 8 in the morning and we cannot get into the building. The management had changed the code and the facilitators couldn't get ahold of anyone so an hour and a half later we have to drive to another hotel in order to continue the training. The training has mandatory hours in order to receive certification and people came from different parts of the country to participate in it so there was no option of coming another day. In the afternoon, we go back to Crown Center Executive. Crown Center executive you need to get it together. Your business faux pas cost us extra training time on the last day. We were all exhausted! You can't have 50 people waiting outside. It was just unacceptable! I'll be back at a training at this location in December so hopefully they will have it together and I can update my review to a more favorable rating.
