She gave me several suggestions for the bed situation. I told her I needed to find a way to transport the low profile box spring and I would be in to make a purchase later today. Sarah called me back to tell me that she called the warehouse and they could actually deliver today for me if necessary. When I went into the store she was kind and understanding. I felt like she cared about my stressful situation. I would not hesitate to shop here for both a quality mattress and excellent customer service.

You know what is uncool? A cashier shaming you for your reading choices. You don't get to say the…read morephrase "we don't judge here" and be automatically cleared to openly judge and make accusing, degrading comments despite a customer's clear discomfort. Going to the bookstore is a fun, rare treat, one that is ruined when I had to sit in my car and cry it out at the end. Do better. Just because you don't like the book doesn't mean someone else doesn't get to try it for themselves. Guess I will return to purchasing all my books online from other retailers.

A male named Memse helped me and did an outstanding job! The phone switch went great. He was friendly and interested in helping me get what I wanted. He answered all my questions and even added additional information about my new phone. He made the experience 100 times better than I expected. Entered 41st and Western for some help to activate my phone, couldn't help me, 41st and Kiwanis, couldn't help me, 41st and W Empire (Main store & Managers) couldn't help me, at this point I was getting frustrated with Verizon, they redirected me to go to ANOTHER store... found the last store on the street and praise to the people working 6/5/24. 41st and S Westport! I have to give it to them. New lady and New guy with experienced manager. They all did their part in helping me activate my new phone! $1500 phone at that. I had told them my experience with the other stores. They were very unhappy, especially at the "main store." Again let me state this.. NEW EMPLOYEE'S. This Lady helped me the best she possibly could. She got me as far as customer service on the phone, Which the guy made us call Emergency SOS!! Very unprofessional. Hung up on him and started over. So new customer service lady answers, We had to tell her what happened with the last guy on the phone because he got us nowhere. She got us right to the point, activated my phone!
