    Printing station did not want to help after I examined for help. And the guy wasn't even doing anything just chatting with his co-workers.

I ran into an issue that was beyond my expertise so I called to get some assistance. spoke to 2 different Ryan's the first day and they promised me that the tech would call me back shortly. With buisness at a stand still, no call back! called the next morning and actually got someone named Chris on the phone. I explained what was going on and he told me the techs were not in for at least another hour, but he would mark it priority for them to call me back. 3 hours went by, buisness still greatly crippled by the issue with the computer, and no call. Frustrated, I called Best Buy. One 45 minute call and we were back up and running again at full capacity. If you have a problem with your pc, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GROUP OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!! Oh, by the way, they NEVER CALLED BACK AT ALL!!! Forgotten about and neglected when my Buisness and livelihood were on the line! You people are a joke and if the owner knows what's good for him, he should start re-staffing immediately, or prepare to go bankrupt because the employees don't care about his customers or his money!

I took the phone first to Best Buy. The gentleman there told me that he could not authenticate the battery so he suggested that I contact Apple to get their recommendation. I contacted Apple and Apple told me to take the iPhone to university PC, the Apple representative scheduled me an appointment with University PC and they would have it repaired well when I got there a young man was helping me. He asked another representative for help who was working with another gentleman at the end of the counter a question about my phone as he and I talked. The other representative said you're gonna have to pay to get this phone fixed for that battery because Apple doesn't pay for battery I told him excuse me Apple sent me there and they said they would have the battery replaced besides I have AppleCare on the phone . He then said well you won't have to pay for the battery but if you want this phone fix you're gonna have to leave it right now. I asked him what am I supposed to do without a phone? He said not his problem so I told him that wasn't gonna happen because Apple said they would fix the battery and I told him that was not going to working Apple said they would replace the phone if I could not get it fixed there so now Apple is going to replace my new phone with another new phone. Right now I'm feeling some kinda way about my last visit I called Apple and explained what had happened and why I couldn't leave my phone in that place. Apple representative apologized for the situation ( which she didn't have to, but it made things lighter, it was appreciated) she said she understood and they would make the arrangement to exchange my phone . Anyway the first representative I started with he did try. To him thank you for trying to put things at ease.

    I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING remotely good to say about this location and their employees…read more SPECIFICALLY THE GEEK SQUAD!!!! I came in around 3 weeks ago with water damage to my computer i bought not even a month ago from best buy. I bought apple care immediately after purchasing my computer as I would for any other device. Apparently my apple care did not cover water damage or literally any bs these people were saying we're wrong with my computer. I went on the Apple website to see if I could just send it in because I do not like this best buy store, even before this happened. Anyways, there wasn't an option for me to send it over myself so I had to make an appointment with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I go for my appointment and they tell me the Geek Squad person to help me is not there and I need to come back later. Okay already off to a bad start. I came back later the next day and they said they needed to run a diagnostic. The guy goes to the back to make sure everything is good to run the diagnostic and this guy comes out and says "we don't have any chargers I am going to need you to bring you're charger back tomorrow." Are you fucking kidding me.. You are a Best Buy store and you can't get a fucking computer charger??? A family member of mine went to go drop off the computer and charger and the guy opened the computer and it was magically working again. Great okay so they say that I should just come back if it stops working again because it's a long process to send it to apple. I get home, the computer isn't working. Wow everyone act surprised! I go back and then the guy proceeds to tell me that it isn't water damage and it was a problem with the operating system of my computer?? Who tf knows. I proceed to tell him I have never had anything wrong with the computer, it is 100% a water damage problem. 5 minutes later he opens my computer again and proceeds to say "It looks like someone deleted you're hard drive and Apple doesn't cover that." First of all, NO ONE deleted anything. This guy was deadass just lying to my face at this point. So I finally get them to run the diagnostic and they said they have to send it to Apple. Yea we already knew that. Okay perfect so now I will just be waiting for my computer to come back from Apple and be fixed. So obviously that didn't happen, I waited 3 weeks with absolutely NOTHING fixed. They said they called the number on the file (THAT WE SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL BY THE WAY!) and they didn't even call the number on the file, OR the number we told them to call. We never got anything that said my computer was ready because these employees are absolute idiots. I go and pick it up just for them to say it doesn't work and they needed an extra payment to cover the apple care fee that apparently I don't have. They then proceeded to say they couldn't do anything about it because they couldn't get in contact with us. ARE YOU DUMB?. We gave them. not one BUT TWO different numbers to contact and their dumb ass couldn't even contact one?? These employees have NO idea what they are doing whatsoever. Not to mention, I had to pay over $200 just for them to do absolutely nothing. Those people working there currently need to get fired Immediately. specifically the man with the red long hair. He clearly had no fucking clue what he was talking about. I mean seriously.. where the hell are they getting these terrible employees???? DO NOT GO TO THIS BEST BUY IF YOU NEED TECH SUPPORT. They will take your money, give absolutely no help, and waste hours of your time. Literally go anywhere else but here, it's absolutely ridiculous how embarrassing these service was here.

Came in…read moreon 7/4/25 needing my phone screen fixed, guy barely spoke a word to me, went to the back with my phone for a whole 2 minutes told me with my Apple Care it was gonna be $250 for my cracked screen to be fixed and the Face ID unit need to be replaced and there was water damaged. A cracked screen replacement is $30. Told me I would have better luck going to Raleigh. then when I sat to call the Raleigh store I was also gonna purchase an adapter and he pushed it off the counter. Told him I was gonna try my luck with Raleigh and he just said okay and walked away. Went to Raleigh and they said none of that was true and I paid $30 for the replacement. He is trying to scam young women because he thinks we don't know any better. NEVER go there. just go to Raleigh.

Of course my daughter that is only 16 tried to handle this herself. She told the owner that it must of dropped on her keys in which her keys were lying right beside the folder that she dropped it on. I was present and watched it the whole time. Anyway Shawn House told her it was her fault. Well the next day my husband call unknowing that my daughter called and told him that her keys were in the way that she thought. Yes, my husband was angry and Shawn was very disrespectful to him. Well, since nothing was accomplished I had to take her phone to a apple tech. He took it apart and asked me who fix it last time. I told him and he then told me that 4 screws were missing, a film that was suppose to be behind the button at the bottom and the screen was missing behind the speaker at the top. Of course the glass broke or cracked right up by the speaker. The apple tech told me that if the screen or mesh was there it probably wouldn't of broke. Well the items that I told Shawn was missing he had a comment about each item. Then he took an old phone out of the trash and said the only way it could of broke is if you slam it down like this. He slammed it down on the floor in front of me, how unprofessional it was to do that and also just call me a liar right there in front of his mom or mother in law that was standing there the whole time. He asked me what do I want him to do. I told him that I wanted him to make it right. He said he would cut me a check. I told him that I would even pay for the glass, he said no he was going to refund the whole amount. He looked at my husband in which he didn't say anything because I was dealing with it and asked him should he send the check to his work. Shawn does business with the place where my husband works. He also said that he had some wood at one of his sites that had dirt on it and he didn't know how that happen and he was going to send it back to my husbands work. My husband replied okay. Now keep in mind my husband was not involved in it this time he didn't even say a word. How unprofessional was that. Well, it's probably been about 2-3 weeks and I haven't received a check yet. I probably won't never see it. I will let everybody know what Shawn did to me.

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE!! I took my laptop in for a screen repair and they did an awful job. I…read morehave a touchscreen laptop which i use a stylus for in order to do my work with 3d modeling and design. After they replaced the screen the stylus no longer works and the quality of the new screen is not half as good. Not only this, but the camera is not aligned up properly so it looks like half the image is black, and also whenever i close my laptop the screen bulges out (but they told me "theres nothing we can do, and its purely cosmetic). When i got the call from Lewis (the "technician" who worked on my laptop) he tried to get me to replace the fans in my computer, even though it is two weeks old. BUT HERES THE BEST BEST, when i picked up the laptop, they had scretched the top case, dinged the side, and took a huge chip out of the back near the hinge!! The total repair cost me $279, which by the way i was originally told that the screen cost $150 and the rest was labour. When i asked about the pricing Lewis told me that the other $129 was a labour fee, but apparently his hourly charge is $55, and he told me it only took an hour to repair the screen. Not sure how that math adds up, but it seems like they are upcharging. Anyways, so after picking up my laptop the first time i immediatly called then about the damages and they told me to bring it back in. When i did, they tried telling me the damage was caused by myself (even though it was brand new and in perfect condition before i gave it to them- aside from the screen), they also assured my they would fix the bulging screen problem. After picking it up a second time they said they could not fix the screen bulging and that it was purley cosmetic. Then, i told then i wanted my okd cracked screen put back on and a full refund. After going back and forth about the poor work they did on my computer, we finally settled on a partial refund. I would keep their screen that they had installed and i would get a $100 partial refund. Very upset with the quality of work, they will upcharge you, and they do not take care of your device while in their possession. Just spend the extra money and have the manufacturer of your device fix it.
