The person behind the counter was very professional and did a great job fill our order will return again

Void of any customer service from management. Luckily, handful of employees have a work ethic and some sense of pride. Manager will look you dead in the eyes as you're talking to them and walk away. read more

Customer service is not a word in their vocabulary. Picked up an order that was wrong brought it to their attention and they would not fix it. So I placed another order to print 4 pages of paper and he said he wouldn't print it while I was there and I had to come back... read more

Employees are kind but let's talk about this chaos. I come here for printing regularly - they have not moved anything since 2020 Covid nonsense near their counter. Associates are yelling over tables and rope to help customers. Sooooo awkward. I'd go ANYWHERE else if there was an option read more

Great service especially in copy and print area. The young lady is always nice and friendly and is knowledgeable about everything. They also have everything you need for the office read more

I use this location to get supplies for my business.... they have a reward club that leads to some pretty damn good savings on the basics like paper and ink/toner for the printers and copiers.... Plus they offer great services that help when I have a big job to do such as getting a huge copy job completed or photos printed that I need for use with various cases my business handles....the prices they charge are very reasonable Also I usually end up here in early August whilst buying school supplies for my kids.... the prices are maybe a bit more than Wal-Mart but the fact that I don't have to battle with a legion of harried mothers and their packs of unruly spawn while fighting over the last box of #2 pencils and wide ruled notebook filler makes paying that little extra all worth it! read more

"No job is too big or small" is simply not true, the people at are at the print and copy center are not helpful in the least. I needed to get a fax out ASAP because it is important for my mothers medical care. First they told us the fax was too big to send and when we suggested sending it in smaller pieces they were still not happy about having to send. We were there for over an hour because they kept walking away from the counter... it was only a 190 page fax should have taken over an hour. I would have given them 0 stars if possible! read more

The employee is amazing! I came in last sunday w a broken heart my dog Taz is missing and not found yet but I feel so bad I didn't get his name to brag on but he stopped what he was working on without being asked - he made me feel like I was his only customer and helped me make copies for my posters. I emailed the photo and more will b ready by time I get there today. I love this store and blessed to deal with your caring responsive amazing employee! read more

I swear the sold me a refurbished item. Control pad is completely off and couldn't even get a refund. Wow every surprised and disappointed read more
