I had a massive project to copy, and a copier at home that could not handle the challenge. SO I read review to find a local copier who could help! It was TOO EXPENSIVE for making copies in my opinion, but isn't everything these days? The person who assisted me was working hard to help me with my project, he was very courteous, BUT with literally (because he told me!) only 2 people workin which made it extremely inconvenient. They always have a great selection of office merchandise and I generally always find what I'm looking for. read more

All reviews of this location by my fellow yelpers is 1 star? Wow---because of that I am submitting this review and give it 3 stars---perhaps it should be 4 stars but it gets 3 stars because the in store offerings at places like these are so deficient than compared to the past that I reduce it a star because I miss those stocked stores---that said, shopping and ordering is different present day and I recognize that. But back to this visit and recent visits---I believe over the last 6 months I have been to this location to pick up orders---not necessarily to shop but after placing an order online then to the nearest Office Depot to pickup ----these visits have been pain-free, quick and without incident as I walk in, go to the shelf, find my order and leave---easy as pie. Friday was a little different--not sure if it was due to product ordered (stamps) but I had to interact with a sales associate and since there were customers being helped, it was not walk in and walk out but instead, walk in and wait and check out---similar to shopping as opposed to ordering ahead of time and picking up. The sales associate was professional competent and business like so that's good albeit I though she was a little pushy--still, since this busy was different than recent visits and it being more cumbersome results in 3 stars this time. This review does not take into account online ordering whereby you order online and they deliver your order---that has become more the norm and those interaction with office depot.com have been great. read more

Went in there to buy a printer. After 10 minutes of standing at them. I am looking around for assistance. I see a girl at front counter on her cell phone and another guy standing a row over from me having a long conversation about the new liquor store that went into They're old location. I waved at him for some help and he Turned the other way and continued his chat. And that's why Amazon is big as it is..... read more

Zero stars- Angela at the printing section was so disrespectful and not helpful. Will never be using Office Depot or this location again.

This was the THIRD Office Depot location I'd been to in an attempt to print a simple color invitation for my kid's birthday. At the first two locations, I'd specifically asked if they could print it since it had pictures of Lego-like bricks (not actual Legos, though!) on the invite. Yep, no problem. Just have to find an OD with a working printer. *sigh* Went to this location. Printer working, yay! The clerk behind the desk was super nice to me. Her manager, less so. They wouldn't print my invite because of the Legos. So I'm now exasperated beyond belief with Office Depot already, but I really need this stuff printed, so I decide I will buy my own printer. I'd been wanting a color laser printer for years anyway. The printer I wanted was $70 higher than it had been last weekend. Wow. Ok, but there are signs literally everywhere saying, "We price match! YES, even Amazon!" Off I surf to Amazon...price was $219. Office Depot's price: $299. Big difference. Ok, well this should work out nicely then. The cashier says yep, she can price match. She tries to ring it up, and the system tells her she doesn't have authority to do so. There is a really long line behind me now...manager comes over. Again, less than nicely tells me she can't price match it because even though it is an Amazon Prime item, it isn't "shipped and sold" by Amazon. It was only fulfilled by Amazon. Well, if you anything about Amazon, MOST tech isn't sold by Amazon - it is 3rd party - because Amazon has their *own* tech brand. So pretty much, Office Depot will never have to actually give this discount to anyone. At this point, I was livid. Apparently they don't want to sell anything to me today. Or maybe ever again. Also, 20% off coupons they send in the mail? Not good on technology, either. So $299 for a printer I could have bought last weekend for Amazon's price. Huh. You want to support businesses in your community, but this is what happens. read more

This is by far the absolute worst Office Depot I have EVER been to. On numerous occasions I have received poor service from lazy and incompetent staff members. The location should be closed permanently. read more

The worst. Called at 10:05 am and was told it would take a few minutes to print my poster. Sent it to them in an email. Went to breakfast to kill time and got to the store at 11:30. At 12:30 they still hadn't printed the poster and had no idea how to operate the printer. Rachel and Taylor told me that if I could hang on a few more minutes that Josh would be in and he "probably could print it" but it not the person that definitely could print it would be in at 1:30. Are you kidding me? I called as soon as the store opened so I wouldn't have to wait in the instance it couldn't be printed quickly because I had a four hour drive home. They didn't even apologize for wasting my time. read more
