Absolutely not. The barber is a nice person however, when I ask him not to use the thinning shears because it bulks up after a week or so he commented "some people cut hair their way I cut hair my way I know what I'm doing" read more

Joseph is a throwback to my nostalgic old days. The basics are just perfect for me. He provides that beautifully.

This is a nostalgic trip back in time to the childhood barber shops I grew up with back in Whitestone, NYC. Joe is an old world barber from Philadelphia. Highly recommend! read more

Remember when you and your dad would walk fifty miles in the snow backwards to take you to get your hair cut? Well.......... welcome back, nostalgia! This is a small town barbershop with all the charms you remember. Comfy retro chairs. Only one guy. Conversation about the weather. "Man, I thought the wind was going to tear the roof down last night!" " Oh, that was nothing, remember 85?" You get the point. Good old fashioned barbershop fun. The place is clean, neat like the barber himself with his super white coat firmly pressed, perfectly matching the white in the barber's hair. The quiet in the room was gently pierced by the tv news, and the clippers. No blaring music, no small talk about "the game," "the girls," or "that new hip restaurant." This was a monastery of old time dudeness. Come in, sit down, and wait. You don't check in, with your iPad, there is no sign with the Wi-Fi password. Sit and wait. Sit and wait for what? Don't worry, they will get to you. You sit meditating on your life, and future aspirations. Should I really get that extra drone for the car...just in case I see a good taco truck on the road and I want to get a shot of it from a far? Then before you know it, a voice called out..."Ready?" Yes good sir, I am. read more

Gave three starts cuz i believe that this place is good for just a basic cut. I think the old guy cant hear so well. I asked to take inch off back and clean up. He took all back off and only cut sides. Top way too long. Every one say nice bowl cut so im guessing that bad cut. I fig grow back soon and go elsewhere. read more

My Dad was a Barber in Pahrump years ago in the building close to this one . Every thing about it reminds me of my Pop. Just the smell walking in beings back memories. It's the perfect place for me at this stage of life. Nothing fancy. Just a simple quick cut. read more

Probably the worst haircut I've ever received. Hair on top was about 3 inches long, asked the barber to take off 1 inch, instead he takes off 2 inches, leaving an inch that can't be combed down and sticking straight up. Even worse, the cut was not consistent ... the barber left about 50 hairs on the top at the original 3 inch length. Afterwards, after arriving home, got out my Wahl clippers and spent 30 minutes correcting all the mistakes. I came here based on all the positive reviews and wanting to try a new barber. I should have gone to my usual (Harvey's on Mesquite & 160) for a 10x better haircut for less than the $15 I was charged for this travesty. read more

He's fast decent hair cut And relatively Cheap. A good old-fashioned Barber. That's what he knows best. I've been going here for 2 Years now have not been disappointed. read more

Found this place on Yelp and had 2 check it out for myself! Fair prices for a clean cut is perfect. I don't need the Yuppy/Millenial Barbers who charge crazy $$$ "For the experience", The owner was quick/concise and I was in-out quick. Would definitely recommend stopping by read more

Always friendly and always a great haircut. Closed Sunday and Monday, was able to get in and out quickly. I'm feeling fresh!

Old time barber shop. Walked in the he got down to business fast. Walked out 15 minutes later with a clean look (well as best he could do with me). No fuss, no muss. Worth it. read more

I drove 30 minutes to get here and waited 30 minutes for my turn. The "barber" tells me he doesn't do beards. I thought he was kidding so I laughed and asked if this was a barber shop. He wasn't kidding. I had to walk out politely. In case your lookin for a barber this is not one. This is an old man collecting a couple bucks on a Saturday for cigarette money by shaving your head. read more

A few miles out off town but worth the drive... Great old fashioned barber at a great price (hair & beard trim for $15)

Saw the reviews and decided to give it a shot...it was great, no wait time and very friendly owner. He took his time and got it just as I wanted. I have been to other shops in Pahrump looking for a permanent barber and the Office is definitely the one. read more

My teenage son and I stopped in for a haircut. He was apprehensive as a barber has never cut is hair. I asked for high and tight and thats what I got. My son took a leap of faith and had the proprietor cut choose. We both left very happy. My son has a new respect for barbers. =-) Reasonable pricing and great service. Who could ask for anything more. We will be back. I just wish that more places in this town offered the same level of service. read more

I've been coming here for around 15 years. Joe never fails to deliver! In and out as I get there around opening time. Friendly and I get a "basic" haircut. Reasonably priced whether you're a senior or not. I live across town and it's a 10 minute drive which is well worth it! read more

1st haircut in Pahrump..not disappointed. Small shop, 1 barber. In and out quickly with good cut. Barber is a nice Italian man, price is right.. $10, ample parking. Would recommend and I will return if needed. read more

Excellent cut and quick first - come first - serve service. At the corner of Manse & Pahrump Valley. Easy to find and still open.

Drove to address listed and there's no barber shop here. Actually it is a deserted lot at this time. Doesn't look like there was ever a business here. You may want to call before going to see if they have a different address. I didn't have time and ended up going elsewhere later. read more
