Do not go here. I called in and asked for an appointment for a basic mani/pedi, I was told it was fine and see you in 15 min. I walked in the door and the older man who I am assuming is the owner from the other reviews abruptly and harshly spoke to me to get a color and go sit down. He then said he is only doing a pedicure, and he never told me that he isn't going to do both, even though we just spoke about it and I tried to clarify with him that I had just called in. He was super snippy, came off really rude, and I just decided to leave. Never experienced such rudeness from anyone. I called to verify my appointment before I showed up, and when I walked in and stated that I was there for my 130 what appeared to be the owner was playing candy crush on his phone and looked up at me like I was bothering him. I should've walked out at that point, however I desperately needed a manicure and no one else could fit me in Goethe next two weeks. He was very rude,he use dirty tools, and he was rough with my hands. My fingers were sore with minor tears on my cuticles. He complained when I handed him a credit card, which most of us use these days as we don't carry cash, and said absolutely nothing when I got up and left. I do not recommend this business to anyone! On Saturday I called to get a pedi and fill but they had zero same day availability so they were able to accommodate me the following day. Seemed very pleasant over the phone .. I called the morning of just to confirm and they were able to get me in even earlier which worked out awesome . Walked in and I was the only one in there .. kinda weird but nice because appointment only . They don't have the color examples on the rows of fake nails so you can look while you get your pedi. I will say I love DND polish and they had lots to choose from ... you just better pick fast or the man will get impatient and annoyed. I opted to just take a few pics so I could browse and not be rushed . Pedicure was probably the most terrible experience of my life . You get a polish change and a little trim maybe a slight touch to the tootsies but no leg massage , no feet rubbing , no callus remover or hot towels . Very disappointing experience for sure after a much needed relaxing pedicure . Like I said you better have that color ready to roll ASAP because in 15 mins your pedicure is over and off to nails ! I was pretty terrified after my lovely pedicure but went forth with a pedicure . I told him it was my anniversary and wanted to look nice for tonight ( who knows if he understood ) I do believe this poor man was the owner and said he had been there for 17 years ! Wow the people in this town really must like you sir but I feel bad your robbing them or their money and horrible work ! Anyways my nails came out decent ! Good enough for some pics . Very thin , poorly done and crooked but I made piece with it knowing it was Pahrump . Next time I'll just drive over to vegas and get a REAL PEDI/ FILL . Until today when one broke ! If you're looking for a clean, professional, customer oriented nail salon DO NOT GO TO PRONAILS! The owner was going to use the file he just used on another lady on me! When I asked him to use a clean file he got angry & kicked me out the shop. I was happy to oblige him. He demanded I pay for service that he didn't render. He had such hate on his face & he was yelling at me because he didn't want to use a clean file on me. I became scared. I paid & vowed to warn people about this disgusting place. What a GREAT nail experience... Let me tell you.... I called and I was given a 5:00pm appointment. When I went in to the shop I was a bit worried because I was the only customer in the shop. Come to find out... Mr.Lam, the Owner... waited for me after the shop was scheduled to close. I was very greatful. Mr Lam did my nails like they used to nails.... he did a fantastic job. Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Owner was doing my pedicure and used a toe clippers on my big toe. He cut the whole tip if my toe. I am diabetic and have to watch my feet very carefully. This was inexcusable. read more

I attempted to come in for a full set as a walk in. I understand that sometimes walking in is a hit or miss. Customer service wasn't great. There was only one person getting a pedicure and two people working on her. They looked confused when I walked in and when I asked if they accepted walk ins, they said they were all booked for the day. Didn't look at a schedule or offer to schedule me for the next day. The place seemed clean but pretty bare. I ended up finding a different salon that I was happy with. If you want to give them a try, I would recommend to call ahead. Otherwise you will be greeted with confusion and no info at all. read more

I went last minute with some family that was visiting us from out of state. One person cancelled last minute due to an unexpected work appointment, and they were gracious about it. The owner that took care of all of our pedicure needs is an absolute hoot! He was thorough, did a wonderful job, and has a heck of a personality. We enjoyed laughing along with him and chatting about life. He certainly isn't the polished professional variety - but he's great and fun if you're willing to be fun and engaging. The pedicures are only $25 and a mani/pedi is $35 which is crazy cheap to me. I am not one to get acrylics or other fancy services. If I lived in the area - I'd come back often! Salon is no frills, but clean, quality of services exceeded my expectations and this man can massage a foot like it's no ones business. Solid experience! He's especially gentle with your hands unlike other salons I've been to. The environment is beautiful and serene. There's soft music playing that just give you a peaceful experience. For the price I paid and set a reservation my nail work is AWFUL! I set a reservation for GEL fill mani/ Gel pedi. Allen pulled out powder saying it was gel. I said no I use liquid gel and no acrylic powder. I'm from the big city and I know the difference. Then he said I do Gel on the first nail station and I don't like doing them, and that it takes too long. Just to get it finished I said okay just do the powder to get out. The shape is shit the color is shit. Literally the place was filthy and I mean filthy like dirty. Charged me $90 for a acrylic fill, pedicure that wasn't even a pedicure fixed a toenail that looks deformed. Nail tools were rusted filers were gross. I called at 10:10 am to make a same day appointment to get toe nails clipped (not a pedicure) for 2 elderly infirm people who's toenails were to long! Alan checked the time, and told me that he could clip both peoples nails at 3:30 pm, and he would charge me $20 each person (NO PEDICURE JUST CLIP THE NAILS) when I arrived, he was almost yelling at me. I said I called, made the appointment, told you they had long nails, now clip them. His wife came out ( a truly nice and gentle person) and calmed him somewhat down. There was no customer service, no friendly hi, no hello to the two customer! I asked him to cut ONE nail shorter on one of the customers, and he said no that was all he was doing! I obviously did not leave the tip I was going to, I just gave him the $40. I will never go there again, do not know why anyone would. I would give this nail salon a eight out of 10 because of the service that they provided me was exquisite and the couple that ran the place was very courteous and knew how to make the customer feel special. The gentleman agreed to me at the door and got me sitting down in my pedicure chair as soon as I walked in. The place wasn't difficult to find as the tip that was left on yelp was very helpful. This nail salon is located next to dominoes offer the main road. The atmosphere in the nail salon is very relaxed and kickback. I had made a reservation at another nail salon earlier that day but they were easy to accommodate me for walking in so I canceled it and went to this nail salon.
