They had a lot of issues right when they opened, including: - Waiting 40 minutes for a drink at the table - Standing in front of the bar for 20 minutes and never getting a drink - Having the ordered drink be wrong The food quality was a little lower than I'd expect from a place that's trying to be a high-end restaurant. But I will say the manager is very interested in all feedback, and they listened to what we had to say. The menu itself is good, but they do charge you for absolutely everything. The only thing that's free is tap water. Going this week, things have marginally improved. It still took more than 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive once we ordered at the table. The food was all okay according to the other people in my party. For me, the filet that I ordered medium was way overcooked and dry, and the mac and cheese I ordered with it might as well have been a soup. The French onion soup I ordered as an appetizer was lukewarm, and the cheese wasn't even melted. The server was clearly new at this and was trying but was generally not on top of things. Again, everything is measured by what the restaurant is trying to be, which is a high-end steakhouse with commensurate prices, versus what we got. Everybody in my party generally agreed they're unlikely to come back anytime soon, but would be willing to try it again if it's still there in a year or so. Hopefully by then they'll work through some of their growing pains.
