Kevin is a really wonderful photographer. I have no qualms with his work. What I do take issue with…read moreis his lack of communication. I put an order in early September for a photo of my family. I never got it because it was never sent. Fast forward to a month later when I called Kevin to let him know I wanted to cancel this order. He did not answer the phone, however, instead of calling me back he charged me for the print I asked to be refunded for, and made it a "new order". I still haven't received a call back, and all of these pictures were taken 3 months ago. My family has had issues with his communication as well. We like to think of ourselves as patient and understanding people, but this is way past the line. We have now found someone else to take any future family photos. All in all, no, I wouldn't recommend Kinzley Photography because honestly? You may never get your photos.
