Stay far away, they forge documents to make sales, rotten rusted-out frame and they would not do anything about it after having it at body shop. Simply put, Off Road Addiction is THE place to go if you're looking to customize your Trucks/Jeeps. While their business easily caters to the off-road enthusiast (based on the bad-ass vehicles they build) they also cater to someone like myself that would be considered mechanically illiterate when it comes to vehicles. They quoted me 12hrs for a 5" RC lift install, on a 04 Ram 1500. Laid 2K deposit waited 2weeks. They had truck 4 days. Installed 4, 35" BF KO2's and 2 CV joints and hub adapters. Picked up at closing time Sat. Nov. 11, 2017 bill was $6,625.00 WTF! 20hrs labour at $97/hr! They said ("Had to Heat and Beat every nut and bolt!") Truck was bouncing at 60km's. Took it back Mon. The 13th AND THEY PUT IT ON ME! That I did not have stock Torsion keys! They should've known! and not installed without proper keys, as they were informed of previous levelling lift! (Way outa spec angles) & my CV joints were gd, and truck drove smooth before they touched it! (Told me to find stock keys, and they'd put them in) I couldn't find them! I got a second and third opinion. I told them my new tires were getting chopped up and a ball joint was getting weak. (all documented!) they said don't drive it and bring it back and they will give me control arms and new keys at cost and free install. (Like $536), (I said ok) 8 hrs to install and they blew a seal in my rack & pinion. Wanted another $700 to fix! (I got part and installed and aligned for $520.00 myself). Over $8000.00 total and my truck is STILL F#€]ed! Can't drive past 50k without major vibration! ( I COULD'VE BOUGHT A LIFTED TRUCK WITH O PROBLEMS FOR THAT KINDA MONEY!) Thought maybe ware and tear but! Looking back They tried to put the rack and pinion failure on me too! saying, "I contaminated it, when new power steering pump went in 2 months prior". Tranny shop thinks my front drive shaft is stretched and bent! I think bearings at input shaft and pinion are screwed from such extreme angles for 400km. You don't get what you pay for with these guys! They broke a heat shield, & they couldn't find my take off blocks and shocks after asking to return all my parts. Should've of known when they wanted to charge me 4hrs to install spacers and another 4hrs to install my bully dog steps! (Did them myself & saved $800.00) Took me awhile to calm down! I only had $5000.00 to spend! Screwed my Christmas and my truck is still Fu(€T Ya I'm that one problem outa 100! My bad luck again! CAN YOU SAY BOYCOTT! I should have researched more! read more

We got a 4" lift kit put on our Ford F150 last month, and we thought based on all the comments we have heard from people that this would be the best company to go with, but we were clearly wrong. We had a 2" leveling kit on our on truck already that came straight from the dealership; our truck had 10,000 km on it when we brought it in. We were told the truck would be ready in 2 days, we are not from St. Thomas therefore we had to figure out the best way to get the truck, we called in the morning and he said should be done at 4pm, we got there at 4pm & had to hang around for 2 hours until it was completed which was fine we wanted it done right, when we drove it home and turned corners it rubber - it rubber so much that WE had to cut pieces off ourselves because it would of torn our tire off completely. When you pay $5,000 for a job you would expect it to be done correctly, we were never asked if we wanted our original lift kit back, therefore I called back 2 weeks later (remembering about the original kit) and asked about it and gentleman that answered the phone said they would of thrown it out if we didn't say we wanted it. I wouldn't think I would have to say I wanted something, when it belonged to me in the first place and considering it is worth well over $200. He called back and said he found ones but wasn't sure if it was ours but we could have it. I go and pick it up & mention to them that it still rubs, he brings it in the shop and he tells me that it's just when you crack it too far and there isn't anything he can do about it. As I pull out of the parking lot it rubs (I was not cracking the wheel) I bring home the lift kit they gave me and my boyfriend then tells me that ours was black (the ones they gave us were sliver) and it wasn't even made for a Ford. You would think a company that is known for lift kits would have known that what they gave me wasn't meant for a Ford. So did they just give to me because I wouldn't have known any different? I would never use this company again, they clearly don't know what they are doing and they probably sold the 2" lift that was originally in the truck.
