Noticed however different prices on each. We said we would purchase both for the same (lower by $10) price. The woman (not Penny) said ok. When it came time to pay for our items she said "no". She didnt even honor the 1 at the $10 lower price. Needless to say, we left and did not buy the clothing. They lost a $200 sale by not honoring the amount on the tag and not honoring a price adjustment on the other item. This is terrible customer service.

Since I'm not too good with arranging flowers in a vase, I either buy too few and have to go back to buy more and then they're gone, or, I buy too many and waste money. I brought my vase from home because I saw these big beautiful velvet poinsettia flowers trimmed in white. I showed the vase to the young lady in the store . She took the flowers which were in the window display in a Christmas tree, paired them with faux lamb's ear, tried other greenery, but the lamb's ears were perfect, cut them the right size and arranged them in the vase for me. She had other customers, was very pleasant, she helped them while I walked around and then completed my arrangement. The store has a great vibe and with service like that, this will be the first store I will visit for these types of things.

My mom and grandma would bring me here when I was little when they first opened back in 2005. The prices have skyrocketed and I fear they have steered away from the "local business" culture and prices. Now it feels like I'm shopping at an expensive department store. The prices are not reflective of the quality. The jewelry isn't as good as it used to be as the $14-$16 sterling silver earrings begin to tarnish after a month of wear. Many of my pieces I own have become stretched out and pilled after only a few wears (even with gentle washing/cleaning). Some of the pieces being the EXACT SAME BRANDS that are sold at Island Gypsy in Lavalette but being more affordable there. Today I went for the first time in a long time as I had a gift card and wanted to give them another shot as I so badly want to love sunshine again. But when I went to pay the girls said there wasn't enough money on my unused gift card saying there was only $13 of the $25...do not think it was malicious or intentional but I think there was a mix up due to them reusing gift cards. If you're charging this much for your products, why can't you afford to buy new gift cards or have a better system? The girls kind of just looked at me and shrugged like "sorry". After today, it makes me so sad as a local of point pleasant boro that a store I once loved for the quality and price has now become a hub specifically geared towards wealthy tourists.

He explained to the owner that I was looking for raw, uncertified coins (for albums I am completing) which it appeared they had plenty of. The owner then said to him "tell him go look on eBay and don't waste your time". Never did the owner look at me or address me directly. Such a rude experience! The shop was 45 minutes from where I live. Like I said, the staff member had nobody else in there to serve and by the way was pleasant. There was no negative conversation going on or haggling of any kind. I collect and I buy so I wasn't wasting anyone's time. I was told a similar story by another collector prior to going there and didn't believe a store owner would say that and kick a customer out. I do not recommend dealing with this shop at all. Stay away! This owner doesn't deserve anyone's business. I was polite the whole time I was in there. Never even got to look at some silver bars that they had in the counter that I was interested in. There is no missing part of this story. Just a rude store owner.
