Terrible customer service. Bought a water pipe from this shop. Got home and found that they forgot to put the stem in when wrapping. Called store and they basically said tough luck. No wonder they have such terrible reviews. read more

All sales are final. Indeed. No more sales from us. Very rude approach toward customers that have spent a lot of $$ in there. Not very many places will deny an exchange. This is one of them. read more

I love the atmosphere and hospitality that you do not get from larger chain stores. Marrs has a good variety of jewelry, and unique jewelry that usually isn't found in the bigger stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful in assisting you in finding just what you're looking for. Marrs prices are very fair, and there is a reason they've been in business for over 60 years.. Friendliness, great selection, good prices, and nostalgic atmosphere (check out their old cash register.. anyone 50 and over will definitely recognize that sound )

They were able to replace the battery on a Rado watch that 2 other mall jewelers could not (one wanted to send it away for 6 weeks and charge me shipping!) Got my battery replaced for very reasonable price ($7). Worked on it right away and I received it back after a few minutes with the correct time and date. He also showed me how to adjust the time and other mechanisms on another watch. I requested an adjustment on the link of that one too. No charge even though it took 2 tries because I had changed my mind on the fit. Smaller space, limited range of selection for women's jewelry, but this would be a great place to get something extra special, a distinguished piece for your husband or father. More focus on gentlemen's wares. No pressure atmosphere, I was allowed to peruse on my own, but staff was readily available for questions.

I had read tons of reviews about the differences in sound quality between Yamaha and Roland and based on that had already talked myself out of a Yamaha product. We were fortunate enough to meet Paul. He demonstrated the DGX670 for us and I was impressed by the sound quality. If there is a night and day difference as reviews lead on, I'm not hearing it. As most frugal shoppers do, we shopped online while at the store and found the stores prices competitive with Amazon. So... units in stock and on hand. Little to no markup above e-commerce competition AND a knowledgeable staff? Shoot, we left with a complete setup & we'll be back! I can't say enough good stuff about the experience.
