I drove to this store for the Perdomo event and to meet Nick Perdomo…read more The store is located in a strip mall area with lots of parking. The store doesn't look big on the outside but it goes back a ways once you are in it. The first area is an entrance foyer and then you go into the humidor area. I don't know if it was due to the event or not, but there was a huge selection of Perdomo cigars, plus other brands. The prices were pretty good and the guy that I spoke to that worked there was nice and helpful. The last room is the smoking lounge area. This is a big area and it was packed this night! There are large chairs and TVs back there. I am rarely in this area, but I will definitely stop in again if I am near there and pick up a few cigars!

I have ignored the first two employees who were rude to me, because I could see that they were inexperienced and perhaps would get better at their jobs. But today, the machine glitched when I scanned and placed a case of water on it. The young woman employee, heralded by the machine ceasing to function and saying "help" is on the way, walked over grabbed the items out of the bags, threw them across me to the counter next to the scanner and said do it again! She then stomped back to her station glaring at me. No one should be made to feel stupid! Can I help you might have been appropriate. But this has been the standard treatment at checkout.

Was very disappointed in the floral arrangement I ordered for a funeral…read more Wanted to order from a florist in my hometown but they wouldn't deliver to this certain funeral home. So I took a chance and googled a florist. The lady that took my order was very nice. I told her what I wanted and asked what a nice arrangement would cost. She said $40.00 and above. I decided on a $50.00 arrangement. She said that would be a nice amount. Well, it wasn't!!!!! I honestly should have went to Walmart or Kroger and got some flowers. The daisies looked like they had been picked by the roadside. I called the flower shop after the funeral which was on a Saturday and spoke with Caitlin who was nice, and I told her I was very unhappy. She said they take photos of all arrangements and show them to the owner. So I hadn't heard anything as of Wednesday and finally on Thursday I spoke with the owner. As soon as we started talking, the owner Paula had an attitude and was defensive. This is not an acceptable way to deal with customers I didn't want my money back but I was hoping they would redo the arrangement and deliver it to the family. Even an "I'm sorry" would have helped. Paula was not wanting to resolve this. So please think twice before having Paula's Bloom Room do your flowers. My $50.00 bunch of flowers ended up being $66.25.
