I came in late night looking for a specific salt nic juice for my Suorin. I have been to multiple smoke shops looking for menthol. NOT MINT. Menthol. Every other shop so far has said "no sorry", but at Odd Smoke Shop Sadda went above and beyond. She called 3 sister store contacts and took my number to follow up when she finds what I'm looking for. Even if classic menthol salt nic doesn't exist in this universe, I appreciated the effort and undivided attention for her customers. I ended up leaving satisfied with some Over Ezees and a bitchin' SnapBack to tide me over. Went here to pick up a Dab Pen now that i am trying out concentrates, i am a newbie and very ill-informed so i was expecting to be taken for a ride. Amierah & Aiyannah helped me out and I'm SO glad i went there! This location is far from home but i won't mind going out of my way anytime i need something. Amierah walked me through the whole thing. She showed me all the pieces, explained what each of them do, gave me tips and examples... she was SUPER helpful! late review, my bad! if you're looking for a glass shop to call home, this is the one to go to. in november, we bought a gorgeous, ginormous piece and a banger with pearls and a cap. absolute 10/10. quality glass and products, amazing customer service, and a wonderful experience overall. we even got to spin a wheel for a prize, and walked away with some really cool stuff! I love a place that makes you feel like you've been shopping there for years! I was a brand new customer today and had SUCH a nice experience here. After making my decision he asked if I wanted to see something that would enhance my session. From behind the counter he pulls out his terp pearls and showed me how to use them.
