You're always greeted right away, they're super knowledgeable about their product and help make great recommendations that are also cost effective. Will is awesome and has helped us out before I wish I had taken photos of the inside, but for having soooooo much selection, they display it very neatly. It always looks clean and organized, and quite possibly they have every sort of accessory you could imagine. Highly recommend if you are in the market for anything "smoking" related

Only had a small issue one time in the 6+years that I've been a customer and it was promptly addressed and resolved by the owner. And this is the only store (atleast that I know of) that has growing options for 2% and 0% disposables. I really appreciate the business owner for that because the 5s can be a bit too strong at times for me. Thank you again and I wish I could remember her name but last Saturday (may 9) around 1am one of the associates showed an act of kindness and it really meant a lot to me! Thank you

I'm old, grew up poor, and we only smoked joints, lol, so I'd never been in a smoke shop. The beautiful paraphernalia available at Gorilla Radio is incredibly stunning, everywhere you look in the shop, and there is a large, diverse selection. The glasswork is truly spectacular and I have no doubt made to last! We were immediately greeted by a great guy, Mark, who answered questions and knew all the information about the products. I just hung out and admired things but it was obvious he was very knowledgeable. He was helpful, friendly, and patient. A+ customer service. I met Based, the shops glassblower/glassmith, who is incredibly talented. He showed me a magnificent glass necklace pendant he had created that looked like it held precious stones. It's intricacy and beauty spoke of true artistry. I'm thrilled to see that in this day of mass production there are still true artists who design items of beauty. I realize my review is unusual because I didn't make a purchase, but my son was impressed with the product quality and he's a pro so I know the product lines Gorilla Radio carries are excellent. Personally, this is the only store I would ever go to and my son already plans to go back for a pipe or two. The prices were excellent as well. There are so many well deserved positive reviews here for specific items. Mine is mostly to speak to the incredible staff, customer service, and quality products so you'll go check Gorilla Radio out. Thanks again to Mark and Based from the old mom who wanted to buy some pipe cleaning solution. Party on everyone and buy your High Helper equipment here!!

Well that and the competition of multiple vape stores in the area. They had pretty cool flavors and unique ones that weren't extremely sweet. Unfortunately, I think they're closed for good now. When he was ringing me up, I asked him to check my points card to see if I had an extra one coming before I paid for my vape juices, and he said that's not the way we do it. I asked if he could check anyway, and he said OK, but I'm just trying to help you out, sweetheart. When he looked at my card, he said see you're way off, not even close. Unnecessary. And that's not the point, the point was I would like to know where I'm at on my card before he tells me to pay. Then today Bob was there and as he was ringing me up this time he asked for my name, which I thought meant he was gonna check my points card before he had me pay for my juice. He didn't and instead told me to pay and have a blessed day and asked the next person behind me what he needed before he even found and looked at my card. I said I'd like to see what's on my card first. Turns out I was on my last checkmark, which means one of my vape juices would've been free, had I not been told to paid for it beforehand. I told him that's why I like to check before paying, and he said well you didn't say anything, you should've said something. I reminded him of the last time I had asked him to check first and how he told me that's not how we do it. He said he never said that. I let him know that yes he did indeed say that exact thing to me and that's why I was hesitant to ask this time. He just kept saying no I didn't and refused to take responsibility or apologize or have any semblance of customer service whatsoever. Again, just because he says have a blessed day doesn't mean he's not being condescending as hell. The only reason I'm giving happy days any stars right now is because of the owner, Sam. He is amazing and has never ever been rude. He always makes me feel welcome and I always leave the store with a smile on my face when he is there. Bob on the other hand just makes me feel like shit when I go in and I leave wondering what the hell just happened. Bob is the soul reason I'm not coming back, which is disappointing since this has been my go to vape shop for a few years now.
