Easy check-in kiosk where you can put in your info and let them know you've arrived. Super friendly and helpful front desk, and the nurse/lab tech who drew my blood did an amazing job - I didn't even feel the needle go in and she chatted with me the entire time to calm my nerves. You will not be able to submit any records of your treatment to your insurance company because they will not give you any. They will charge you hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a couple of hours of "treatment" and then refuse to give you any record of it. When your insurance company states that your treatment would indeed be covered if a patient submits records, this outfit upon insistence will send you only an "encrypted" message that supposedly contains the records, however you will be unable to open the message DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS and will thus have no idea what it says. This is clearly an attempt to obscure whatever so-called "treatment" was rendered and is nothing but a cover-their-asses tactic. I have never encountered such disgraceful, appalling, shameful business ethics or a more hateful business operation in my many decades of life. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
