The NetSource team continually failed to deliver on their promise and continually kept billing my corporation for their lack of knowledge in merging to the latest version of ProductCart. We were billed a total of $41,710 instead of the original $7,960. Till today, ProductCart is still not fully functioning like it should, providing a sub-par experience to our customers. This caused my business to lose revenue and more importantly, customers. Not once did NetSource take on the responsibility. To top it all off, NetSource Technologies extorted us for the remaining $12,790 threatening to take my website off-line... essentially threatening to take us out of business.
