I called on 9/15/26 as I had not received shipping information. I was told "they're in our warehouse to go out today, but it will be 3-5 days." I then requested next day delivery and they CHARGED me for same (despite the earlier promise). Come to find out, despite charging me for next-day delivery, they did not engage that service from USPS. The package did not arrive in AZ until 9/19/26 (too late for the event). I'm out the cost of polos, the costs associated with completing the polos, and an embarrassment that I could not fulfill my promises for a charity event. When the package was not delivered "next-day," I stated I wanted a refund for the up charge. Instead of this, the company recalled the package and it was never delivered. This is a company that lies and commits consumer fraud. Avoid at all cost!
