They started with a virtual inspection which saved me time and money. Once the inspection was completed they gave me a free quote. Not long after receiving the quote they sent an electrician to my home to install the charger. I set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon, knowing that I would be home. I received a courtesy call from Joe when he was on his way over. Joe was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the problem. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes, and I kind of learned how to address these types of issues in the future so I am very grateful. Thank you to Joe for making my problems go away quickly. Now I can address them since I was able to learn why my drain was bad, and not keep tossing drain cleaner down and wasting money. Unfortunately I found their service to be very poor. Several times their technicians installed the wrong size filters in my units, left the filter access doors open, and frequently they had to come out several times to fix a problem. In fact they have never repaired a problem on the first visit since 2017. Please be careful with their billing system. I have tried to cancel my service contracts several times and they keep charging me. You have to call them several time to get the monthly charges stopped.
