When I contacted them about the issue, they told me that it was happening because my house is dusty. The audacity! I've just contacted them again about the issue and they lied and, on top of that, said that the alarms were probably going off because of water in my basement. The audacity! They wrongly identified some breakers in my box, too. AND left trash behind. Left wires hanging for a ring camera, tried to get paid before finishing the job ( probably thought that I wouldn't pay because I'm black) and guess what? I paid them right then and there. No installments. They are totally disrespectful towards women! BEWARE!

The rescheduled appointment was successful, but after the installation we realized that in order to open room in the circuit breaker panel, the installer just went ahead and disconnected a couple of cables taking power to some other areas of the house. Just like that. After trying to get the company to fix this, they sent another technician who came just to claim the issue had nothing to do with them. We ended up having to hire another electrician company to come fix the issues created by the installation. They came, spotted the problem within 30 seconds and fixed it. Of course, we ended up paying more than what we saved with the original Hyundai rebate for the charger. Should have gone with the serious company to begin with.

I found Reliable online and they had a call out fee of $89, which I know is basically my personal penalty for not knowing anything about plumbing. I set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon, knowing that I would be home. I received a courtesy call from Joe when he was on his way over. Joe was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the problem. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes, and I kind of learned how to address these types of issues in the future so I am very grateful. Thank you to Joe for making my problems go away quickly. Now I can address them since I was able to learn why my drain was bad, and not keep tossing drain cleaner down and wasting money. I'm noting Reliable for any needs moving forward!

Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing & Electrical is a joke. I have their Comfort as a Service plan…read morewhich includes all of service and repair on my unit. It stopped cooling on Thursday and after calling the earliest they could come was the following Wednesday. I waited through my noon-4 window and heard nothing. I sent a text to the scheduling line, and was told there was a scheduling issue that caused them to miss my appointment. Would have been good to know before I waited around for 4 hours. The worst part is the reschedule date I was given was the following Monday or Tuesday. Almost two weeks after my air went out. Think twice before getting locked into their comfort as a service program. My office area is far from comfortable today and their service is non existent.
