The first tree they cut on my property was the wrong tree and was not marked to be cut. They dropped their 10 foot segments on top of my water line and broke it. Lance offered to throw in tree stump grinding. I agreed. Their website advertised word for word, "Our stump grinding service will take care of it quickly and efficiently. We'll grind it down, clearing your yard for a smooth, usable space." They came a week after cutting the trees (unannounced) to grind the stumps. When he was done, he left massive mounds of mulch. I asked when he was coming back to smooth it out as he advertised on their website. He told me it was an extra charge to have it removed. The service was more trouble than it was worth. I have a mess in the yard, had to reconnect my utility service (internet) due to them disconnecting it, damaged water line from dropping trees, and mounds of dirt and mulch that shouldn't be there. I really wanted to like and support this business, but unfortunately they were not as professional as they advertised.

I am thoroughly pissed, that they could not respond to a text or confirm an appointment on the day of the appointment or even bother to call and reschedule. A text would've been sufficient. Do not bother with this business. They are unreliable and unresponsive. Their voicemail bo box is full and they're not responding to text. How the hell do you run a business like that. My time is very limited and I am 400 HELLS! this is the only day I had to schedule somebody and I gave the appointment to you. Thanks for nothing!
