Dr. Erwin was very friendly and professional. He was also very thorough and confirmed all was well in several ways. I did not experience any of the negative comment in the prior rating, in fact the complete opposite. My family will definitely use Dr. Erwin as our dentist since we are new to the area.

It was done in under 10 minutes, there is no way my teeth were cleaned properly that quick. In all the years of getting cleanings they have been 20-30 minute cleanings. I do not recommend him to anyone. I wish I would of chosen another location to use my new insurance on. I could go on and on about this visit. He was very rude to my husband about all of his concerns that he had and was very short with his answers as well. His X-Ray Tech was very sweet and nice and the dental assistant was sweet in the room, that was probably the only positive thing about the visit. We spent more time in waiting room, getting x-rays, and at checkout than we did in the room with the dentist during our cleaning and consult.

This is a Wonderful Dentist office! Everyone in their office area/reception are great - always…read morenice, friendly, professional and helpful. All the Dental Assistants, and Hygienists do a great job and are good at what they do. Both Dentists (Folden & Westbrook) act professionally, seem up-to-date on the new technologies, treat me with respect, and answer all my questions! The only reason I didn't score them with 5 stars is because they're not on my company's "in-network" provider list - but I still go there!!!
