I had an abscess in the jaw, which was dealt with nicely before I got the implant in stages. The staff is very cooperative . The conscious sedation part was so nice, I didn't even feel anything. Doctor who came in talked a lot to his phone with horrible descriptions of what could happen if we didn't get implants. As unprofessional presentation as I have ever seen. Examination board should look into this practice. Went back to dentist. He scheduled us elsewhere. No idea how much they will try to charge insurance for "initial consultation". Will have to cross that bridge when we get there. If we have to rate a 1 star, then so be it. But better judged as a 5 scream for scary.

They are now saying that we need to find new care due to our son being aggressive and untreatable. They accused him of assaulting staff!! He did not hurt anyone. He yelled and he wanted to get away due to being scared and overstimulated. We were very clear of his challenges. They had assured us multiple times they had experienced autism before and would be fine. They have no right to say they are experienced with autism if they do not understand that all are not the same. Don't worry about us we will find better equipped staff to treat him but believe me I will make sure everyone knows how wrong you were. You don't deserve my business or respect
