Don't you hate when you're cooking up a mean Mac n cheese and oh great, the milk is expired..! Luckily Wagners is in a prime location for my area of town and always has whatever I need in stock. The staff in its entirety is wonderful and I love getting to converse when I have the chance in passing with others. This community is one to be proud of and my trips to the grocery store are always quick with no issues. Extra kudos to Miss Melody who always goes above and beyond to make our day and even help with recipe ideas! Wagner's our Hometown Market is really what this place is, I'm thankful for this business in town!

This store is so clean and organized, and I appreciate that they expanded their wine, beer and cider selection! Great customer service from the owners to the staff! They truly care about their community and give back. The owners even mentioned that if they don't have certain products to just ask and they will see if they have the option to get it in! Also, they have a large Naturals selection, easy to find foods that are gluten free or no soy!! Love this, makes shopping easier for my food sensitivities!

Low rating due to zero standard for customer service in this store…read more I usually do not come here and now I certainly will not unless someone does something about the continuous lack of customer service found at the Cashier. Just a short while ago I returned from the store and shared with my family the way in which I was treated. Cashier Heather did not smile, did not utter a greeting of any sort, did not address me in any way and simply handed me my change and receipt. She said not one word the entire time. Who does this? If you hate your job so much, quit. Otherwise you will continue to drive business away from the store. Isn't this common sense, if nothing else? If your store doesn't do good business, you may not have a job to go to, where you get to be rude to people. Get it together, Ray's. You're better than this.

I went to the store to shop and picked up 3 packs of Diet Pepsi along with other items. At the check stand it rang 2/$9. I pointed out the error which what amounted to a "bait and switch". The manager was called over and I pointed out that I had previously complained about not honoring their sale ad which they were warned about as wrong by the Federal overseers. Manager (John) said he didn't care he was not honoring the sale price. Sale price is frequently sold as 24 12oz for $5.99 so this ad was not really something they could not honor. I will follow this up with notification to Federal and State authorities re "bait and switch" violations. Does no good to advise The Better Business Bureau as Ericksons was not a member last time I checked.

Ever…read more or, at the very least, the best fried chicken that Prineville has to offer, in my humble opinion. the baked beans (with BACON!) and slaw are pretty top-notch as well, and the jo-jos are worth writing home about. staff is warm and friendly, prices are reasonable, they've got several local periodicals, specials on energy drinks, and last minute supplies for your fishing or outdoor outing. did i mention the chicken? it's pretty well known that this is the place that you want to go to, just make sure to call ahead if it's during peak hours to ensure your order can be filled. seriously, it's that popular. oh, and i'd be remiss if i didn't mention the biscuits and gravy. and the bacon. and the meatball sticks. and the corndogs. good grief, just stop in and try their food, if you haven't already. if you like fried chicken, you owe it to yourself, and you deserve it.
