When they started working on our bathroom remodeling project, they were laser focused at getting the job done right no matter how long it would take them. We didn't have any complaints with the quality of their work and we're very happy with our new bathroom. I will be calling Gibson again the next time we have a remodeling need. Considering how desperately I needed the pipe fixed and how quickly I needed it done, Mr Jackson could have easily drug the job out and overcharged me, but he didn't! Mr Jackson is a man of his word and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any plumbing needs you should have! (Actually, I've already asked him for help with 2 other lower-priority jobs in the future!) Dee was very prompt, in making a home visit to assess the condition of the very worn and stained carpet. She documented measurements and offered her professional opinion, based on her knowledge and expertise in this industry. We knew the price range that we needed to adhere to, as the home also had to be painted and the kitchen cabinets rebuilt and stained. By the end of that business day, we had a written quote/work order, that was far more reasonable than we had expected. Two days later, the job was complete and we were 100% satisfied. Dee and her staff put their customers first, by providing the quality, prompt response and professional customer support that sets them apart from their competitors. We will definitely use them again. Debi Altman Dallas
