Update: It thought I would update my review since it has…read morebeen a while and I have had more services done. Keri has changed what services she provides so please check out her website to see what is currently offered. Keri is still my go to girl! My brows are always on point. She is always looking to educate, expand, and improve on what she can offer her clients. Since my last review, I have had a lash lift done. I have bad year round allergies so my eyes are always crying and itchy so for me this was a great option instead of lash extensions. My natural lashes are black and long but they stick out straight so this service actually curls them up. It doesn't take long and it last at least 6-8 weeks for me. (This last time 12 weeks) It looks great with or without mascara. My daughter has brownish black hair. Her brows are lighter and she always has to draw them in. She has had her brows tinted many times and she is extremely pleased on how it looks and the times it saves her each morning. Quick and easy and inexpensive. Keri also has done (airbrush) full face make up on me and it looked super amazing and it didn't feel heavy on my face. I was grocery shopping before my date night and I felt amazing! She also did eye makeup for my picky teenanger for prom. She was super happy with how it turned out. Keri now offers permanent make up such as eyeliner and micro blading. I have seen her work and spoke with her other clients that I know and they are all pleased with the outcome. I decided to get my eye brows micro bladed and I absolutely love how my eyebrows look!! It really does make a big difference on how I look and feel about my self! Keri used a numbing cream and picked a great color for my brows. She will give you a handout with after care instructions. It is super simple. For best results NO scratching, picking, scrubbing, or using products on tattooed area etc. The end results look natural and I have gotten lots of compliments from strangers, as well as, questions like -what do you use to fill in your brows? After I was healed up, I did need a touch up in just a couple small spots. I just got them touched up that about a week ago and I am eagerly awaiting to be all healed! I highly recommend that you go see Keri for the services she offers.

Keri has been my esthetician for years and the longer I see her the more impressed I am with her!…read more She is friendly and professional and her prices are very reasonable. She does an amazing job shaping my brows every time I go in to have them waxed. I leave feeling more beautiful because of her work. I also see her for Brazilians and she does an excellent job. Recently I discovered I am highly allergic to some common ingredients in cosmetic and body care products. She was fast to respond to my requests for ingredient lists and worked with me over the course of several months to find and provide hypo-allergenic products so she could continue to provide me service. What can I say? I am a customer for life!!

Here's a polished, warm review you can post:…read more We brought our 5-year-old and 2-year-old in for a little girls' manicure day, honestly just expecting something simple and fun -- but this salon completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make my girls feel special and comfortable. We had called ahead to make a reservation, and they were so welcoming and prepared for us. My 2-year-old was nervous and I was honestly about to give up, but the staff were incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. They took their time, reassured her, and made the whole experience calm and happy instead of stressful. Not only were they wonderful with the kids, but the girls' nails turned out absolutely adorable. It truly felt like they cared -- not just about getting it done, but about making it a positive memory for our family. We are so grateful for their kindness and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

We arrived at 6:15 PM, a full 45 minutes before closing, and asked for one manicure and pedicure. The woman who greeted us immediately looked at her watch before asking if it was just one service, which already made me feel a little uncomfortable, but she said they could have one person do my toes and another do my nails so they could finish before closing. That sounded perfectly reasonable to me. While a woman worked on my pedicure, I handed over a nail polish my husband had specifically bought me for this Mother's Day treat and asked for a French tip manicure using that color. The front desk employee even wrote my requested services -- basic pedicure and French tip manicure -- on a Post-it note and placed it in front of the nail technician, Peter. After Peter painted part of one hand, he asked about the color, and I clarified again that I wanted a French tip with it. He immediately threw his hands up in frustration and began speaking angrily in another language as though I had caused a major inconvenience. The frustrating part was that my request had already been written down clearly in front of him the entire time. I asked if it was a problem, and with a dramatic sigh he said, "No, I'll do it." At that point, I no longer felt comfortable letting him work on my nails. After he removed the polish, I told him we could forget the manicure because I "didn't come here to be an inconvenience." He tried to convince me to continue, but the damage was already done. The woman doing my pedicure could clearly see I was upset and even offered to do my nails herself after Peter stormed into the back room, but by then I just wanted to leave. I was literally fighting back tears sitting there beside my daughter during what was supposed to be a relaxing Mother's Day experience. When I went to pay, the woman at the counter didn't ask what happened or how my service was. Peter had already spoken to her beforehand, again in another language, so I have no idea what was said. The only thing she told me was that they wouldn't charge me for the manicure. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and like a burden for simply asking for the service I requested. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others know what kind of customer service they may encounter here.

I got my hair trimmed recently. It was my first (and now last) time at Envy. I mostly chose this…read moreplace due to the convenience of scheduling an appointment online, but the reviews were also promising. The lady who trimmed my hair did a decent job and was nice. My review, however, is for an atrocious experience I had with the owner, Brandi Wilson. My sister's first time at Envy didn't go as well as mine. Someone there attempted a balayage that... Well, let's just say she's had to spend hundreds of dollars correcting at other salons. Unsure of how the refund process works, she took me with her to speak with the manager about it. Ms. Wilson was with a client when we walked in. Awkwardly, my sister had to explain her situation while Ms. Wilson washed another lady's hair. She barely looked at us and acted like we were an annoying distraction from her work. Nevertheless, my sister kindly explained that the stylist didn't use the freehand painting technique that one uses for a proper balayage. Instead, she used foils from root to tip, all over, which resulted in chunky highlights that didn't naturally blend in. It was not a balayage in any way, shape, or form. (Picture attached.) Ms. Wilson saw that picture and didn't see anything wrong with it. She responded, first, with a lecture on what balayage is in an effort to discredit us - with misinformation, no less. She said balayage "isn't necessarily a technique" - no, it is a technique. That's literally what it is, what makes it special in the first place - the unique application. The more she talked about it, the more ignorant and patronizing she came across. She told us we have to talk to the stylist and that she could give us the stylist's number. All well and good. But then she left us standing there and continued picking apart my sister's complaint. She kept saying unhelpful, inflammatory things like, "Well if you'd talked to [the stylist] first maybe she would've fixed your hair for free." I don't know if she was in a bad mood or what, but she wanted to argue. Understandably I was irritated by this, but I stayed calm. I said we didn't want the original stylist to fix my sister's hair. Ms. Wilson acted like she had been personally attacked. She raised her voice and became visibly angry, demanding, "What do you want me to do?" I tried to say we just wanted the stylist's number but she kept talking over me. It made us very uncomfortable, so I had to tell her to chill. She seriously needed to calm down; there was no need for her to get defensive and escalate the situation. Instead, she lost it. She started yelling. She told us to leave before she called the police. She shouted, and I quote, "Exit my fricken business!" I was beyond done and going to leave, but we still needed the stylist's number for a refund. So I asked her, calmly, "Could you please give us [the stylist's] contact information?" I thought it was a reasonable request. Still enraged, she snapped, "You know what? Find it online." (We have this exchange on video, by the way.) Admittedly I did call her a name right before I left, but it was my only act of aggression in the whole mess and, frankly, she deserved it after the way she treated us. I will be doing what Ms. Wilson said and staying out of her "fricken" business for good. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid Envy as well. There are better salons in the area that are professional, friendly, and highly skilled - Tease and Ross Michaels comes to mind. Ms. Wilson needs to work on basic customer service skills because this does not bode well for any business. As the owner you represent your entire salon, your staff - even if they are independent contractors. You need to treat customers with care and respect. Don't be condescending. Don't make excuses. A little empathy goes a long way. Doing a little research on balayage wouldn't hurt, either.
