He was going to be in my area when I was busy but was still able to stop by and get me a quote for the next day. I agreed to the price and we set a date and time. He was very good about confirming and showed up early day of appointment. Him and his guys got to work and writhing a few hours my home looked awesome. I have a TON of windows in my house. Every window sill, screen and glass looked great. Some looked brand new and the older ones looked better than they have in years. I noticed later that the screens on the garage weren't replaced and sent him a text as an FYI. He immediately apologized profusely and told me he would be here the next day to put them back on. He was her bright and early as he said. The company is very good and they use special water so that they dry without spots, they scrub every screen and get the nooks and crannies if the sill. Truly a business owner that takes pride in his work. I will be using them as my new window washers yearly to keep my home looking great. Thanks Tharsys and the guys!

I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Elisha did just that! He came back, recleaned, and made everything look extra sparkly. The picky city compliance officer passed the inspection and said it looked great. I want to especially thank Elisha for his dedication, professionalism, and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make an awkward situation end in a great experience. Good kid, good service, give him a shot!
