As another commenter posted, she is positive, encouraging, and the first therapist I've met with that I felt was truly non-judgemental to whatever I spoke to her about. We can discuss even topics we do not necessarily agree on, and that's a rare gift to have. If she is taking new patients, I highly recommend her! Don't be put off by her office location, the people in the church offices have always been genuinely kind to me, and I do not belong to their congregation nor am I particularly religious. I do feel like it's important to add that Lori does respect my religious beliefs, even though we do not necessarily agree with each other. I have a lot of respect for her for that.

I rescheduled for a week later and I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. On my third visit I again waited 30 minutes, this time without a person even acknowledging me. I went to the front desk to ask what the hold up was to then be told that my counselor had gone on vacation and forgotten to call her patients. I was also told I was the third person that day that it had happened to. What a waste of time (had to request off work to get this appointment) and money. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
