I have an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, so I had the service guy look at it and determined it was only the iPhone plug. Believe it or not, they charged me $16 for a new one despite the several hundred dollars I spend on the system to purchase and have it installed. Does it make sense to anyone that they would charge ME for their defective cord rather than doing the right thing and replacing the iPhone cord? I own a 2017 Veloster and came to Signature in search of replacement bulbs for my headlights but I wanted LEDs rather than the factory standard since I wear corrective lenses and needed a brighter light bulb for nighttime driving. Their mechanic/technician took three minutes to take my bulb out and check to see if what I had was what they were able to provide and success yes it was. So, despite the fact that it may have taken them longer to replace the fog lights and I'd have to pay a little more money for the labor I paid a $40 deposit and scheduled my appointment. On the day of my appointment after dropping my vehicle off and arranging for a ride home, I got the call that Signature did not have a specific piece needed to hold the bulb in place or something of that nature and had to order it off of Amazon. Now let me just say I looked past the fact that they were about to order a part for my car off of Amazon and not from some other type of Automotive Accessory distributor and I returned to retrieve my car. I waited weeks for Signatures call. Finally, today I received the call that the parts were in and we could reschedule. However this time, I informed signature that I could not drop my vehicle off and leave since I had no way to arrange for a ride like before so I would just wait at the shop for them to finish. For anyone who knows anything about cars you would know that it shouldn't take more than an hour to change a pair of headlights maybe an hour and a half if we include the fog lights or even less but when your charging $80-90 an hour for labor it made sense why Signature told me in the very beginning that it would take upwards of several hours to compete the job hence why when I offered to stay at the shop and wait they respectfully declined my request by offering me a refund of my deposit. Shady much, I think so and extremely unprofessional behavior on their end. I had high expectations and they came so highly recommended but this experience goes to show you that money talks and honesty walks. If you want to spend a fair and reasonable price for work done by honest professionals, I advise you steer clear of Signature Automotive Accessories.

Be afraid, be very afraid. Started out they weren't open when I got there so I waited around until…read moresomeone showed up. Store opened about 20 minutes late. I discussed installing a radio. The radio was ordered and an appointment set up. I arrived for the appointment and waited 20 minutes to find out the technician was going to be later yet. I called my ride and cancelled since I was going to go home. I get home and after a few minutes I get a call saying bring the car back and we will have it finished in an hour or less. Labor rate quoted was $75.00 an hour. I go back and get it installed. I get a bill for 1.66 hours. The next day I go back because now the instrument lights no longer work and the antennae doesn't go down when I shut the car off. After many conflicting stories and with me speaking to the manufacturer I'm told that by installing a relay the problem will be fixed. Should take about 10-15 minutes. This time I get a charged $100 because my car doesn't fit within the $75.00 charge. They also fixed the problem with the instrument lights going off when I shut the radio off. They didn't cause the problem they said. Further discussion reveals that they never installed a relay, they just wired it correctly. This business CANNOT be trusted. BEWARE!

If it was a liability issue I had no problem accepting they weren't responsible if MY equipment failed. I guess if you want to just respend thousands on a system this is the place to go/
