Her team provided excellent care each time, for a wide array of medical problems, and more importantly, they brought us peace of mind when we were otherwise flipping out as dog parents do. They have provided awesome care to our other four family dogs too and I could not imagine going anywhere else. They saved us from the dreaded ERs many times and always gave compassionate care. We really do trust Dr. O'Neil. Best vet around.

She has fantastic bedside manner with her patients, she's always happy to answer questions, and I've never felt rushed in our appointments. Rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, lick granulomas - you name it and Dr. O'Neil has helped us with it. I can relax knowing that if anything ever goes wrong, our dogs have an awesome vet and would be in very capable hands. Thanks, Dr. O'Neil! Also had a visit with Dr. Farren once. She was there to help us when one of our bichons went into organ failure and had to be put down. She was compassionate and just as attentive to us as she was to our dog. It made such a difficult decision and time easier, and we appreciated her kindness...along with all the other great employees who work here.

It is NOT a one way holistic street as she would like pet owners to believe. Furthermore, people who combine GOOD QUALITY and PRESCRIPTION dog foods are NOT comparable to people who "leave their dogs tied to a tree", as she proclaims in her online video. In her video she demos how SHE determines, in a bizarre ritual taught to her by her money making idol, the right meds, foods, supplements for your pets by holding the food/med up against the animal while she holds the arm of a surrogate. If she can push the surrogate's arm down while she holds the food/med up against your animal, then the animal cannot tolerate that food/med. I took them to Banfield animal Hospital located in the Petsmart in Johnston because they were offering free wellness visits if you purchase the vaccines needed from them. Derek, the vet tech explained the various plans they offered and was very nice and informative. My dog was then examined by Dr. Carlson, who then also administered the vaccines and trimmed her nails. I must say this establishment has wonderful people working for them. They were so friendly and just very upbeat and pleasant people, including the lovely female who checked me in. I was definitely impressed and will be returning soon to have my babies microchipped.

I ended up signing up for their Wellnes program. We them scheduled his surgery. On the evening before the surgery they called me to go over everything, and told me I need to pay an additional $470 which I was not expecting since they told the surgery would be cover under the plan. After I disagree with their unethical action. I told them that was not what I signed for. They also told me they would not pull his baby teeth when I specific added to the plan surgery. I told them I want to cancel his surgery and the whole Wellnes plan. They gave me a phone number to call, and when I called they said in order to cancel the plan I haven't even used, I would need to pay $500.00. I was furious, later I found out they gave other shots to my puppy without consulting me. They take the dogs to the back room and we hsve no clue what they do. I am fighting this, they are not going to scam me anymore! I filed a complaint with the attorney General and BBB, and if not resolved I will take them to court. What they did was a breach of contract.
