Each day the have a selection of special. There standard menu consists of breakfasts, sandwiches, paninis mad salads. This place has tripled in size over the years. Even so, this place can still be full at lunch time on any day of the week. They have great filter coffee and a selection of milk shakes. During the warmer months they have plenty of outdoor seating. This is especially pleasant as your in a garden centre with lots of plants and water features. In my opinion the menu is very reasonable. On a side note, there is an excellent hand car wash service in the car park. Some customers choose to get their car cleaned whilst having lunch or have lunch whilst getting their cars cleaned, whichever you prefer.

We arrived hungry and thirsty the owners spotted this straight away and immediately offered us some lovely buttered toast to keep you going as they told us (and it was free of charge!). The hugest amount of tea swiftly followed and was nice and strong too. Our bacon rolls were lovely thick cuts of bacon, not that watery stuff. The bread from toast to rolls was quality stuff. The service was friendlly, warm and welcoming. There are daily lunch specials lamb chops with chips, peas and gravy when we were there prices are incredibly reasonable and the service superb. The Narrowboat Cafe makes a great starting point for any walk into the Lee Valley Park. We left it feeling very well looked after. Our comment, amongst ourselves, was 'why do people bother going to MacDonald's when you can get food as good as this?'. Please go to the Narrowboat Cafe next time you're in this neck of the woods.

There are many choices for breakfast, including four vegetarian options (all are delish!). The cafe itself is very small, but clean and friendly. Outside seating is available for warm spring days. Service is quick, prices are low and breakfast is served all day. What more could you want? Lunch and dinner are served as well though I have yet to try it. I intend to do that soon!

Zippola has really raised the bar for cafes in Enfield and cafe owners are going to have to work very hard to keep up with their creativity, coffee skills and interior design. The cafe itself is a fantastically put together space with vintage furniture and cosy lighting. I particularly like the water bar as a vintage bar with whiskey decanters. We decided to order the soup of the day which was tomato soup. We sat down inside the cafe. We were very surprised when the guy started opening two tins of heinz tomato soup. We were shocked but didn't say anything. What he did was he just poured the soup into plastic plates and put them into the microwave and then the "soup of the day" was ready. We paid £6.00 for two soups. They need to learn the term soup of the day which means freshly prepared soup ready to be served. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends.

This cafe is located at the end of a busy high street and has plenty of tables so there are never any problems with getting seated. In the summer there are tables outside, which is nice.
