She was Very professional and did a wonderful job. The staff there is amazing. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The dentists are constantly in a rush and do not take time to address patients' needs. They never gave elaborated responses to my questions it was always just a yes or no answer. My 3-year-old has some tartar buildup around their teeth from drinking milk after brushing. We asked about this on four occasions over the span of two years, and the dentist always said it was normal. They only applied fluoride, which took less than 60 seconds, and then the visit was done. I was concerned and kept repeating my questions to make sure everything was really okay, but the dentists just said, "Yep, all fine here," and moved on to the next chair for another patient. I had a feeling something wasn't right, so I visited a pediatric dentist in Kapolei. It turned out the issue was significant, the gums were irritated and needed to be cleaned. If this hadn't been addressed in time, it could have ended up much worse. So yes, they only want to give you a 10-minute check-up, a 15-minute cleaning, and X-rays every few months, take your money, and then move on to the next patient. The only thing that matters to them is your money.
