The atmosphere is so peaceful and inviting. The space has a pleasant scent, the lights are dimmed, and relaxing music plays throughout the session, making it incredibly easy to unwind. At the beginning of our massage, they left the door open, which let in a nice, cool breeze that made the experience even more enjoyable. The massage therapists were amazing--they knew exactly what they were doing and applied the perfect amount of pressure. Every minute was relaxing, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. 20/10! I already can't wait to come back and book a full-body massage. Purposefully messed up the padding in my foot. I went for a foot massage and the masseuse was putting lotion on my feet and very softly was rubbing my feet, with 0 pressure. I asked her if it was possible to get firm pressure since my feet were sore from standing all day the day before. Well, after that, she took her fist and as if she was banging on a door, she banged on my foot. It was hard but felt good at the time. That was about 4 months ago and my foot has not stopped hurting since then. Every day it's caused me pain. A new pain I didn't have until I got the massage. I have to stand on the outter edges of my foot, not putting any pressure onto my heel. After some research, it appears that she might have flattened my heel padding. I think she got upset I didn't like her half-hearted massage, it almost seemed like she was thinking, "Oh yea? Too soft??? take this!!" I'll never go again. Wish I had gotten her name I would have gone back to confront her. As a "massage therapist" she should have known she was pounding my heel tissue cushion out of existence. I'm going to finally go to the doctor and finally get this addressed. I'm 100% it was from this. I thought she had bruised my heel, because that's what it feels like, but after waiting 4 months and it hurting like that every day, I know it's not. read more

I've came before and had good experiences , today I go in and the lady who gave me a massage was very pushy with what I service I chose , I explained I'm pregnant how can they do my massage and they said lay on side, I ended up doing a 30min foot + 30 min body . I always keep note of my time and the massage went under the hour , the setup for pregnancy is just a pillow to hold while u lay on the side , and just overall the massage was meh. I usually tip $10 but honestly I didn't feel like it today , the lady waited at the door basically blocked it n asked for a tip lol I gave her $5 cz ok I guess she has to eat too right , but she blocks the door and points to a sign saying "$10/$15/$20 tip suggested" I laughed n gave her the other $5 im too pregnant I don't feel like arguing I came for a relaxing treat during this pregnancy , wouldn't recommend & Won't come here again read more

However, my experience with my massage therapist, a taller Middle age Lady, was entirely unacceptable. ​After completing my session, I handed her a cash tip, which I consider to be a fair and standard gratuity. Instead of accepting it professionally, the therapist stood in the doorway, physically , and demanded more money. ​This behavior was incredibly intimidating and left me feeling deeply embarrassed and uncomfortable. A tip is a voluntary reward for good service, and being cornered and pressured for more cash completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. ​Because of how I was treated, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your establishment. This used to be the go to spot but no more! Made an appointment on a Tuesday night for 2 massages. First of all..the pushing the more expensive massages has to stop!!! We like the $40 foot massage, if you don't want people to order that service, take it off the menu and stop being pushy. Whatever, I usually get past that...but this night, the lady charged me for the 2 massages for 2 people than decided to automatically add the tip to my card, for a total of $20 extra plus the dumb card fee. Whatever, I told her next time ask me and I usually tip $10 anyway unless the person does an exceptional job. Well her and the other lady sucked with the massages too! They half-assed it the whole hour, chatted and giggled through out, and kept getting up. Some lady came in with her whining little boy w/ abt 20 mins left. I have no problem with women bringing their kids when they have to, but he was crying and did not want to be there. She didn't have the sense to leave or wait in the car and the staff didn't have the sense to ask her to do either. They usually see you and greet you out with water at the end and they didn't. Sheesh bad bad massage. Quality of the actual massage was so poor, weak, lazy, and rushed. Firstly, they had to push our appointment back 30 mins and notified us only 30 mins before our originally scheduled time. Second, we arrived are the newly pushed back time and they were u prepared and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Third, they all talked amongst themselves during the entire session, left to answer and talk on the phone for minutes, repeated left my wife uncovered in our cold massage room. Fourth, the laziness was felt throughout the whole massage. No effort was put into really massaging, more just into rubbing the oil or lotion into our skin. I am very sensitive to a hard massage and have a low tolerance for pain and she still didn't cause any sense of massaging and putting in work to perform any time of relief to my muscles. And finally, my wife left the massage with more pain than when she arrived. Never had she experience such a terrible experience. Don't waste your time and money. Period. read more

The ambience is beautiful and the pricing is fair. They accepted my walk in and were able to accommodate. I scheduled an hour and my therapist went above and beyond, she tailored it to my physical pressure points without me asking or telling her prior to the session.
