This used to be the go to spot but no more! Made an appointment on a Tuesday night for 2 massages. First of all..the pushing the more expensive massages has to stop!!! We like the $40 foot massage, if you don't want people to order that service, take it off the menu and stop being pushy. Whatever, I usually get past that...but this night, the lady charged me for the 2 massages for 2 people than decided to automatically add the tip to my card, for a total of $20 extra plus the dumb card fee. Whatever, I told her next time ask me and I usually tip $10 anyway unless the person does an exceptional job. Well her and the other lady sucked with the massages too! They half-assed it the whole hour, chatted and giggled through out, and kept getting up. Some lady came in with her whining little boy w/ abt 20 mins left. I have no problem with women bringing their kids when they have to, but he was crying and did not want to be there. She didn't have the sense to leave or wait in the car and the staff didn't have the sense to ask her to do either. They usually see you and greet you out with water at the end and they didn't. Dear Management, ​I am writing to bring a highly uncomfortable and unprofessional incident to your attention that occurred at your location on 06/12/2026 at approximately 7 pm. ​I am a returning customer to your business and have always enjoyed my visits. However, my experience with my massage therapist, a taller Middle age Lady, was entirely unacceptable. ​After completing my session, I handed her a cash tip, which I consider to be a fair and standard gratuity. Instead of accepting it professionally, the therapist stood in the doorway, physically , and demanded more money. ​This behavior was incredibly intimidating and left me feeling deeply embarrassed and uncomfortable. A tip is a voluntary reward for good service, and being cornered and pressured for more cash completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. ​Because of how I was treated, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your establishment. My go to massage spot as it's close to home but also have excellent masseuses. Prices very reasonable for 60 minutes and I tip very well as they work very hard because I usually like deep tissue massages. I usually go on the weekends but still easy to get appointments last minute. read more

I had an overall okay experience at Ocean's Massage. The environment was clean and the staff were polite.

I have lived in the area for 6 years now and tried it for the first time. They have a couple of options for feet, deep tissue, and regular massage. I came in the morning without an appointment. They were accommodating. I opted for the 60 minute regular massage and was happy with Lily. I left feeling refreshed, she applied a good amount of pressure. Amazing!! called same day and they put me in right away for a 90minute massage with LuLu. She was so amazing she felt all my trouble areas and I really felt so much better after. I recently had the lucky fortune to have Eloise as my therapist. I went in with a tight neck and low back and left knee pain. What a mess I was. After the first 90 min session I felt a lot better. I saw her again the next day and she worked some more on my nagging pains and discomforts........What an awesome surprise when I walked out feeling loose and relaxed. Sheesh bad bad massage. Quality of the actual massage was so poor, weak, lazy, and rushed. Firstly, they had to push our appointment back 30 mins and notified us only 30 mins before our originally scheduled time. Second, we arrived are the newly pushed back time and they were u prepared and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Third, they all talked amongst themselves during the entire session, left to answer and talk on the phone for minutes, repeated left my wife uncovered in our cold massage room. Fourth, the laziness was felt throughout the whole massage. No effort was put into really massaging, more just into rubbing the oil or lotion into our skin. I am very sensitive to a hard massage and have a low tolerance for pain and she still didn't cause any sense of massaging and putting in work to perform any time of relief to my muscles. And finally, my wife left the massage with more pain than when she arrived. Never had she experience such a terrible experience. Don't waste your time and money. Period. read more

My boyfriend and I came in for an hour body massage. This space was not what I was hoping for. Honestly, didn't even feel like a tip was deserved. Only reason I tipped was because it was an hour long. The "massage" felt more like a body rub. We both felt, as if they didn't put in effort. Do not recommend, and never coming back. I am a licensed/ certified Massage Therapist and honestly say its very hard to find a great massage place. I've been to high end places such Glen Ivy spas etc and I am completely overwhelmed by the excellent customer service but more the therapist skills here at Ocean Massage. The ambience is beautiful and the pricing is fair. They accepted my walk in and were able to accommodate. I scheduled an hour and my therapist went above and beyond, she tailored it to my physical pressure points without me asking or telling her prior to the session. I come to here ever since I found it and tried it for the First time. The only times I didn't come to this place for massage were one or Two times when i got here and they were full, so I had to wait for like 30 Plus minutes. I didn't want to wait, so I went to some other place nearby, which made me regret abt not calling ahead to book an appointment at ocean massage even more.
