Also, I'm not from this area or state but I am a 30 plus year Wells Fargo customer. First let me say, that I do appreciate their Covid precautions, all customers were required to wear masks and the staff made sure that everyone was distance from each other. What I didn't like was the intrusiveness of the door greeter. After the usual hello's, the greeter asked "how can we help you?" I needed to withdraw cash...the person in response said, "how much? Because you can use the ATM outside or drive through". No kidding !! Did she honestly think I would willingly get in line for $100? The amount of cash I wanted was beyond my daily ATM withdraw limit...I knew this, that's why i needed to go inside. That said, I'm the customer right ? It really should NOT matter how much money I was withdrawing...just that I wanted it from a teller. I wasn't the only one who was given the "you can use the ATM" line... the guy after me just walked in said " getting in line " and practically ignored her...must have been a regular, LOL and knew the drill. I was going to give this person a piece of my mind but all Wells Fargo locations in the area close at noon...didn't want to risk "offending" someone and being refused service. If this was my home bank, I'd talk to the manager about the greeters inappropriate line of questioning. Thankfully, I may never be back to the area...but if I am will go to another location...where bankers appreciate that I'm the customer. It shares its space with a Publix, and while that in itself is fine and dandy, the separation lines that exist between the two aren't that clear. This means that it is very easy to end up at the wrong side of the plaza. Once you actually are at the right side of the plaza, heaven forbid you need to use the ATM. The lanes are downright confusing and simply baffling. They have both an outside ATM and several drive-thru ATMs, but the two lines tend to merge and you have people in the drive-thru getting off to use the nearby ATM. It's a mess. Not to mention that it doesn't help that parking for customers is limited, so you are left essentially with going through the drive-thru ATM during peak hours. Going in and out of this branch is a pain in the neck. Avoid unless absolutely necessary. Well, or if you need specific denominations. They've gotten with the times and the ATMs give you the options now of $100s, $20s, $5s, and $1s.

I could see a bit inside, just co-workers gossiping and in the 8 minutes I was sitting there (waiting for my ID and card since they're ridiculous and need an ID to make a deposit) I didn't see not even one customer so why are they too busy?? Icing on the cake! They finally acknowledged I was there but I was told to move forward since they were more concerned with whoever the hell was behind me. And I know this cause whoever assisted me told me there's someone behind me. So I can sit there for 8 minutes and don't get an apology, but the guy behind me just got there and I'm asked to move?! Then it took an additional 4 minutes to get my ID and credit card back.
