Per owner Carlos J Gonzalez's (aka CJ) request, I wired payment in full for a new AlumaTrek boat trailer on April 26, 2024. (He declined to build it with a 50% deposit.) I was promised delivery in 3 weeks. It's now been 2 months despite MANY calls, emails and texts with little to no response from him. CJ promised no less than 5 delivery dates and still no trailer. I was given a serial number, paid sales tax and payment in full and still nothing. I will be contacting the state DMV, Florida Department of Revenue and the IRS. His blatant disregard of our agreement is abhorrent. I am exhausted from chasing this guy. Do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can from National Trailer and AlumaTrek!
