Since this was my first time planning an event, I wasn't quite sure what I needed, but Federico was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and checked in periodically as our RSVPs came in and our rental needs changed. FYI We ordered 10 8ft tables and 60 white resin chairs. They were in perfect shape and great quality. From the first phone call with Federico, to the estimate and invoicing, to the delivery and pickup, everything was easy, clear, and stress-free. The communication around both the drop-off and pickup was excellent. 100% on time. I always knew what to expect, and the crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I was a bit nervous planning this event but Tlapazola made the entire process seamless. Their customer service is outstanding, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Federico and team, for helping make our baby shower such a success. I happily recommend Tlapazola Event Rentals to anyone who needs event rentals!

About $1,000, where in three other different places I was quoted around $600-800. They kept calling, emailing AND texting me until I told them I no longer needed their services. Well, they still kept emailing me until I just had to block them. Also, their email etiquette is unprofessional. I can tell they really tried but this business needs a lot of improvement.

I found Jorge through yelp. I initially contacted him a few months ago and then reached out in…read moreNovember again to rent the canopy for my baby-shower in early January this year. I had made my initial deposits and reserved the pictured canopy, tables, chairs and table linens. It accommodated quite a few people (50+ guests). The canopy was set up in our backyard. Initially, we had planned to have the tent grounded to the grass but with the rain, last minute pivoted to the side of the house. One star has been removed, mainly because the communication closer to event was a little unclear. Specifically, because the event took place on the 3rd (right after new years), it was unclear when the set-up would take place. I did end up texting and reaching out and the correspondence came later in the day by Jorge. In addition, the rain delayed the set-up time and we did have to make up the last minute pivot. I found out later that due to the rain, his co-worker left early sick and he came alone to set up the canopy the night before. He did a great job securing the canopy and appreciated his service. Like mentioned above, it all worked out at the end and would definitely use South Bay Party Rentals/ Jorge again for future events.

I don't typically leave reviews. I read them all the time but rarely write them...i'm one of those,…read morehaha. However, I've been so impressed with Hit Factory I wanted to share my two cents... 1. Facility: (10/5 Stars) Absolutely beautiful! State of the art, organized, safe and most importantly, CLEEEEAN!! I feel like every time we come in there's a new machine or piece of equipment. You can tell the owners are constantly investing back into the facility. Comfortable seating for parents, TVs, snacks, areas to watch practices... they've really thought of everything. You can tell this place was designed by people who understand athletes AND parents! 2. Classes & Clinics: (5 Stars) We originally started with classes, and the improvement we saw in my son was what convinced us to stick around. The coaches are knowledgeable, the drills are purposeful, and the kids are actually learning. There is a huge difference between keeping kids busy and developing their skills. These coaches/classes develop! 3. Development: (5 Stars) We've been part of other programs locally and the difference here is HUGE. The consistency, repetition, speed of practices, the competition between the kids... it all makes a difference. My kid was improving before but nothing like what we've seen here. 4. Travel Ball: (5 Stars) What I really love about their travel ball program is that it's not just practices and tournaments every weekend. We've been part of other programs where my son was playing plenty, but I wasn't seeing the improvement I knew he was capable of. Here, the coaches actually take the time to develop the kids. The practices are fast paced, competitive and there's a purpose behind what they're doing. I've seen such a difference in my son's confidence, effort and overall ability. And honestly, seeing him excited to work harder and get better has been my favorite part. That's what makes this program different for me! So those are my personal experiences with what Hit Factory offers. Short recap: If you see potential in your kid and want to see how far they can go, I really don't think there's a better place to do it! Couldn't recommend it more!
