As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". After my bbq event, they told me they were going to touch up and clean the backdrop for me which they did! In my photos my bbq backdrop looked lighter and the wedding backdrop was darker and shiny, so thank you! 3. They were so friendly, trustworthy, and most importantly just kind.
