This was not an easy job since it's a 4-story tall house with really narrow steep rooftop angles, but Ryan handled the entire job perfectly. Other companies tried to charge me double the price saying it was too difficult but not Ryan! He responded right away when I called and got the entire job done that same day too which was amazing. He was very professional, fast, and very detail oriented. He even got the hard water stains and left the patio in perfect order! So glad I randomly came across PCX on IG and highly recommend to anyone who needs a tough job done. Thanks so much #rooftopryan @propertycleaningexperts

I wanted both the walls washed and the windows. We ended up adding solar panels too and also got 4 broken screens replaced. I love that they can do it all! The work was done expertly and a week later when I was cleaning inside I noticed a screen where the tab had fallen out of the re-screen. I called Ryan out and he immediately scheduled a visit and not only did he fix it, he even touched up a few windows he felt had smudges. This business cares about the quality of their work and I'll definitely recommend to friends and family and have them back to do work in the future.

When we called the owner about the appalling appearance and results of their Cleaning, he did not offer any kind of consolation or effort to remedy the situation when we also asked him to do certain things like cleaning scuff marks on our walls because we have a large dog and children. He told us that he doesn't do that we even offered to pay more money and he flat out refused he and his crew do the bare minimum, not even moving things to vacuum around it and under it they vacuum right up to the edge of dressers, but never make the effort to go underneath. Another part of his process is that we had to be out of the home the entire time they were cleaning I have young children and a dog and being out of the house for multiple hours while they clean the house was daunting and grueling only to then come home and Find unsatisfactory work. I found Cliff through Yelp when we moved to our new home and were looking for a deep cleaning and regular maintenance after that. Cliff was very communicative since the beginning, and the deep cleaning was great. We decided to choose Cliff and his team for biweekly cleaning and have been using them for almost a year now. Him and his team always shows up on time, with a smile, loves our dog, and does a fantastic job.

Aga herself and a team came to my house which is pretty big job 5200sqft. My house was absolutely glowing afterwards. Throughout the years we'd use her service whenever we came up to this house as we were renovating our other one getting it ready to rent. She always made sure she had a team that could come to our home! Now that we're living here full time again we use her service weekly and since we are doing a MASSIVE spring clean/ home organization we're currently using her service 3xs a week. She has Evelyn and Daniel doing this daunting task for us and OMG Evelyn is an absolute power house and works miracles. Daniel will probably be a body builder after having to lift all the heavy tubs for us and move ridiculously heavy furniture to clean under it to get everywhere as clean we possible. Our home is looking absolutely amazing! Her pricing is also ALWAYS fair- after going through like 7-10 different companies and having places like Merry Maids rip us off while doing such a shitty job having found Blue Coast is seriously just such a find. I can't thank Aga and her teams enough for everything they've done for us and Evelyn and Daniel for getting our home put back together after being gone for as long as we were! Absolutely recommend.
