I reached out to both, but Chris stood out with his quick reply and great customer service. After a few questions about the car and sending a couple of pictures I received a quote and confirmed an appointment via text. Keep in mind I did all this for my mom in Louisville while I was in Atlanta. Chris was on time, very professional, and personable. It was pretty cold the morning of the detail. Kevin was able to get some stains out of the seats that I was unable to remove myself. I think that was because of the heated shampooing he was able to do. Kevin was also able to remove the dog hair in the car, which was impressive. There was a $100 charge for the dog hair. Basically my car looks brand new and I'm happy with the service provided. Kevin's new location is in the back of the building. There are a couple of signs along the fence. Just follow those on back.
