The guys were awesome though, cleaned my interior (which was the real problem lol) and got my windshield for me (bugs, yuck) since we couldn't do an exterior cleaning. The interior is fantastic and I can't say thank you enough for getting the most important things done for me on this yucky Saturday! I'll definitely be back in a couple of weeks for regular cleaning and hopefully it won't be raining so we can get the outside done as well! The prices are more than reasonable and the staff that I met were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. BEWARE - Severe Vehicle Damage and Refusal to Take Accountability…read moreI was initially excited to bring my new Toyota Tacoma to NuView for detailing. On April 27th -- just three days after purchasing the truck -- I dropped it off for the Diamond Package and windshield tinting, totaling $1,498. When I picked the vehicle up the next day, I immediately noticed dirt and debris along the carpet, smudge marks throughout the interior, and multiple "systems malfunctioning" alerts on the dashboard. I showed the issues to Joe, the owner, before leaving. He told me to "give it a day because the sensors could be wet" and stated that if NuView caused the issue, he would cover the repairs through insurance. The next day, I took the truck to a Toyota dealership for diagnostics. Toyota determined there was significant water damage that had fried electrical connectors, resulting in repair estimates exceeding $8,800. Joe requested definitive proof regarding the source of the water intrusion, so Toyota performed extensive testing on the entire exterior of the vehicle over the following week. According to Toyota, there was no possible way for water to have entered from the exterior in a manner that would have caused this damage. Despite this, Joe refused to take responsibility, reversed his earlier statements about insurance coverage, and declined to provide his insurance information, stating that this situation had "never happened before." Before purchasing the Tacoma, I had a pre-purchase inspection completed at Toyota that showed no issues with the vehicle. I had also driven the truck through rain and car washes before bringing it to NuView without experiencing any electrical problems. Toyota additionally reviewed the vehicle's diagnostic codes, which indicated when the electrical malfunctions first occurred. Even with this documentation and timeline, NuView refused to offer a refund, compensation, or meaningful assistance. I was left without a vehicle for more than two weeks due to repairs, parts delays, and the handling of this situation. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. If you value professionalism, accountability, and the safety of your vehicle, I would strongly encourage you to consider other options.
