I needed help right away. I reached out for a quote and Connor responded immediately. Just a couple of hours later, Kevin showed up at my workplace and took care of everything. I'm looking forward to using them again in the future!

UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner…read moreobviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. Overall, this company lacks professionalism and can't admit to being wrong. Cya

I used two cleaning wipes on the dashboard and this is how dirty they came out to be. I'll save you the photos of the rest of the car but they were just as bad. They've already edited out their response where they claimed they sent me different pricing options. Maybe because I added screenshots of our conversation where it's obvious they didn't? And now they're claiming they spoke about more thorough details. Again, that never happened. Your initial response to my quote request claimed it would be a "thorough" interior cleaning. We obviously have different opinions on what "thorough cleaning" means. I've had car washes for a third of the price that have done better jobs. $140 and tip for this??? Lack of integrity from this business; one star for their lies.

I've never had a car detailed before so it was a whole new experience with trying to figure out what was needed. I reached out to him through his instagram page about an interior and exterior and what was included in the packages. He gave me a price for the size of my car which after seeing the end results I will gladly pay again if needed. He also restored my headlights that definitely needed some TLC, extra but totally worth it. I appreciated his responsiveness to all my questions and the work around my schedule since working two jobs my time is super limited. I messaged late evening on friday and we chatted here and there when I was out of the kitchen on my phone and by Sunday at 5 my car was done looking good as new! They did a fantastic job. I didn't even realize how much the interior needed to be done until seeing it afterwards. The exterior looks fantastic she's good as new! I'm so happy with the end results that I defiantly will be hitting him up again to get my car looking right. Don't hesitate to reach out, super professional, helpful and eager to work with you.

Another flawless experience with Hago's Auto Wash and Gerardo!…read more I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is hands down the best car detailer in Southern California. The level of care, attention to detail, and pride Gerardo puts into every vehicle is second to none. My car looked better than the day I bought it. What continues to impress me is the value. His prices are unbeatable for the quality of work you receive. From the interior to the exterior, every inch of the vehicle is cleaned meticulously, and he never rushes the job. Gerardo is professional, reliable, friendly, and truly passionate about what he does. If you're looking for a mobile detailer who consistently delivers amazing results without breaking the bank, look no further. Hago's Auto Wash has earned a customer for life. Highly recommended

My last car detail wasn't good a all and I'm very grateful that he actually took the time to be detail-oriented! My car was a huge mess (which is why I'm not posting before photos, it was nasty LOL) but he made it look brand new again. He helped me get rid of car stains and oil in my tire storage. I have 2 husky mixes and the hair is basically gone. You can tell he really cares b/c he took 5 hours instead of 4 to make sure my car looked good. He removed some of my stickers I've requested. I'm very happy and will be going back to him consistently.

I found STATUS OCD as one of the options that came randomly out of a request for quotes here on…read moreYelp. Of all the ones which answered my request, OCD was the only one that 1) was good to schedule a month-ish out, and 2) wasn't in excess of $200 for an inside detail of a minivan which had been abused by 2 kids for nearly 6 years. Needless to say, along with the 5-star rating, it was an easy choice. Steven and his colleague were great on the day of the detail. They arrived about an hour late but they were coming from LA from a previous job and let me know before the originally scheduled time (and it was Super Bowl weekend so I don't fault them for that). They were very quick to get started, and their tools and job were very quiet. About 90 minutes later I had a minivan which looked darn well clean. There were stains on the seats that I didn't think could ever come out, but STATUS made it look almost completely brand new!! For the price (and the reaction of my wife who was gobstruck when she saw how good the minivan looks), it was well worth it. They will definitely be my next call for if I need a nice detailing inside of my other car, and I will most definitely recommend them to friends.
