One employee was at the entrance of the tunnel and performed a quick pre-rinse. The washing process was pretty short and not as long as other car wash places. [Conclusion]: This car wash place got the job done, but don't expect any free dashboard wipes + air freshener.

The level of care, attention to detail, and pride Gerardo puts into every vehicle is second to none. My car looked better than the day I bought it. What continues to impress me is the value. His prices are unbeatable for the quality of work you receive. From the interior to the exterior, every inch of the vehicle is cleaned meticulously, and he never rushes the job. Gerardo is professional, reliable, friendly, and truly passionate about what he does. My last car detail wasn't good a all and I'm very grateful that he actually took the time to be detail-oriented! My car was a huge mess (which is why I'm not posting before photos, it was nasty LOL) but he made it look brand new again. He helped me get rid of car stains and oil in my tire storage. I have 2 husky mixes and the hair is basically gone. You can tell he really cares b/c he took 5 hours instead of 4 to make sure my car looked good. He removed some of my stickers I've requested. I'm very happy and will be going back to him consistently.

It was my first time here and was quite excited to bring in my worst condition car for a spa treatment. I was recommended the $200 detail package to help my really bad water spots on my car. They told me my car will be taken care of and will look brand new once finished. I was hopeful. Whole process took just about 1 hour and 45 mins even though I was told 1 hour. All good. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved.

The customer service at this location is horrible, especially from the employee with glasses who was working today. He was rude, dismissive, and gave me attitude when I was already dealing with an issue caused by THEIR car wash. I came here expecting a quick wash, but the wash had an emergency stop while my car was already completely drenched and covered in soap. This is now the THIRD time I've experienced an issue like this at this location. What really pushed me over the edge was the employee having the audacity to tell me to just go to another location while my car was STILL COVERED IN SOAP. He suggested the Anaheim location as if it were right down the street. Why should I have to drive to an entirely different location with soap all over my car because your equipment stopped working? I was so frustrated that I asked him to cancel my membership, and instead of helping me, he basically told me I had to go elsewhere to do that too. No effort to resolve the situation, no apology, and no consideration for the inconvenience whatsoever. I've paid for this membership for over a year, and having repeated equipment problems is frustrating enough. Being met with attitude and terrible customer service on top of it is unacceptable. After three separate incidents, I'm done giving this location chances and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, they failed to remove the stain and somehow made things worse by leaving what appeared to be low-quality dressing products throughout the interior. It was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully, we found Wash Me Now. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to come out the very same day. We live in a gated community with no access to a hose or water source, which can be a challenge for mobile detailers. Not for these guys. Their truck is fully self-contained and equipped with its own filtered water system, so they were ready to work immediately. For $180, we received a full interior detail that even included an exterior wash at no additional charge. The results were outstanding. The matcha stain that another company couldn't remove was completely gone. They cleaned up the residue left behind by the previous detailer and restored the leather to a clean, factory-like finish. The exterior looked incredible as well. The paint was glossy, the trim looked great, and the entire car looked better than it has in months. What impressed me most was the value. For less than $200, they corrected another company's mistakes, removed a difficult stain, detailed the interior, and washed the exterior. That's hard to beat. The Porsche honestly looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. Wash Me Now has absolutely earned our business going forward, and they'll be the first call we make the next time either of our vehicles needs detailing.
