Because of technical issues and poor follow up in the beginning of my course, I was never given a completion date. Imagine the shock when one day I could not get back into the online training. After numerous times of reaching out to CNA Technical Center, no one responded. My money is gone and taking the CNA exam in Florida without proper training is beyond stressful. Also, the address on the website is incorrect. You'll arrive at an empty office if you use the CNA website.
